Demon's Lust: making a harem with lust system
Chapter 152: Humans and devils
Ray had a feeling that he didn’t need to call out its name; it would find him. So he just sat on the platform, waiting for it to show itself.
"Blood angel."
Seeing in front of him, a child stared at him; the girl was the same on top of the mountain of bodies that he had seen during the festival. He had so many nightmares that it was hard to mistake it.
Nothing existed there, no magic nor any thoughts, yet I could clearly see the child.
"What should I call you?"
The girl moved her hand to her back and leaned toward Ray. "You can call my name."
"You heard my conversation with Famine." Ray was ready to put his life on the line so that the higher entity had its gaze upon them, yet even a devil couldn’t see it.
"Devil of lust." The girl opened its mouth, with no teeth, and its smile sent a shiver down Ray’s spine. "How do you think she will test?"
Ray first thought it meant "test"; seeing the saliva out of her mouth, he understood the meaning of the words. "If you can hunt down devils and angels so easily, why does no one know you?" Ray himself had heard about the entity through a mad man that wanted to sacrifice the earth for its gaze.
"Do you interfere with the life of insects?"
Without its real body, Ray could speak casually, "An incest might annoy your enemies." Each word he chose was picked to not insult the entity; between the devils it had no chance, but it clearly didn’t like whoever granted Katarina’s magic.
"The fragment that had lost its way between the cosmic winds, alone."
"If there are other fragments, I can hunt them down."
The girl’s eyes turned into dark blood. "Blood angel, I don’t need anything from you, but you want so much from me."
"Then why are you even here to begin with?"
"You interest me; in another race they burned their fears to face me, in hope to make the perfect creature by my hands."
Ray could guess what had happened to them: "They were impure."
The child circled around him. "I played with them, and as their bond with me deepened, a new type of fear emerged, fear from myself. At that time they were too tasty to be eaten out." Her hands touched Ray’s face. "I would like the same thing with you; I would feed you until you become tasty enough for me."
Making the most unwise choice of his life, Ray burst into laughter. "I’m on."
"Oh poor human." The entity’s presence emerged from nothingness into the platform; the platform turned into dust, leaving Ray with no protection in space.
Ray knelt in front of the mountain, corpses from all races, and limbs that were still breathing, and on top of it, the child as a grown woman with no mouth or eye.
"Offer five shades." Unlike before, it didn’t try to tear him apart; Ray’s body and magic both were acting on their own, ready to protect him, yet his mind stood still, waiting for the devil.
Two drops of blood entered his body at the same time. With no pain, Ray’s senses started to grow, his hunger for power and lust. When he opened his eyes, the devil was gone, and he was back somewhere on earth.
"That was easy." He went for his system instantly.
Devil bonds: Famine, devil of lust _ Unknown, Devil of fear and hunger
Bond Abilities: 700 percent boost to all base stats.
Legendary harem of lust.
Fear.
Eye of Apostle.
Working around it a little with the ability, for three attacks he could replace his blood magic with the magic of devils.
"The king of silence shouldn’t have an insane amount of magic from his devil; with this I can counter his magic!"
Thinking about the story the devil told him, as someone gained more and more, the fear of losing it all came along with it. And there was so much in the vast cosmos that he hadn’t seen.
There were many stories about how people’s fear caused them to lose everything they had, yet Ray didn’t believe in change. "Even if I become the strongest in the universe, I will still stay me."
Finding his location, he had 80 percent of his energy back. "They are in the bunker... Now is the best time." Losing the bunker was not much because of the mansion, but it opened up an opportunity.
His wings grew out of his waist, taking him to the sky. He teleported to the nearest factory that produced the materials needed for cyborgs and brains.
High above the clouds he couldn’t see it shake, but its shield could be sensed from that distance.
"Bloody diamond."
Ten blood bows were created in the air, with each arrow inside of them as large as a small tower. "I don’t use my magic for now; why should I hold back?"
Thousands more bows were created; from the ground, the sky had turned red. Yet no one came out of the factory.
"They wouldn’t let anyone enter without being their little puppet."
A rain of arrows crashed down on the building; the shield withstood six of his arrows before falling apart. Made out of diamond, the arrow penetrated the ground and anything in its path. In seconds smoke and dust rose from the ground, but Ray didn’t stop as the rest of the arrows hit blindly.
"Even if anyone survived, nothing could work there." With a satisfied smile, Ray teleported back to the mansion. The rest would have increased their defenses by a large margin the next time that he wanted to destroy them, but this time it was an easy task.
There was so much to be done. He was nowhere near facing the king of silence.
"That remains for later, time to see what Jade is doing with the kings of the underworld!" All of them were gathered in the underworld for the announcement of Jade. The real fight had not begun yet.
