As long as the Swarmers got closer, he could actually rip these Swarmers from the ground and throw them back into the Diggers, detonating them prematurely.

But before the swarmers could pour out, a shadow fell across the battlefield.

Kai had finally arrived with his Dragoon Unit!

Atom landed first as it cleaved through a Digger’s drill‑head, severing it cleanly.

Sparks and oil sprayed as the machine collapsed.

Kai followed his body, already surging with power.

He invoked Specter Step, his form blurring as he reappeared beside another Digger.

Then, he triggered his next Gene Skill, Beast Arm!

His Arm transformed as his muscles swelled with monstrous strength. Without hesitation, he drove a crushing blow into the machine’s chassis, denting its armor.

The hatch opened, some swarmers even started spilling out, but Kai raised his palm and unleashed Spirit Pulse, a blast of energy that destroyed the swarm mid‑air.

Bronze Skin shimmered across his body, deflecting stray shrapnel, while his Keen Sense picked up every movement in the chaos.

He moved swiftly, striking weak points, suppressing swarmers before they could detonate.

"You’re not quick enough," Kai muttered as he destroyed one more Digger with his Beast Arm that was still active.

Meanwhile, Atom tore through another Digger, grappling its drill and ripping it apart with mechanical strength.

Just like that, the two worked together to eliminate the remaining machines...

Kai moved across the battlefield with Specter Step again, as he closed the hatch with his Beast Arm, then blasted the interior with Spirit Pulse, annihilating the swarmers before they could emerge!

Boom!

"Haha! Finally! Destroy them all!"

"Sir Kai is here!"

"Kill!"

The defenders rallied, inspired by Kai’s arrival.

Steven pushed forward, and Vera fired with her gun again after reloading.

Meanwhile, Juno hurled debris with her telekinesis to crush the crippled machines.

Even Hans moved between explosions and fired his last grenades into the remaining Digger, finishing it off.

When the dust settled, the battlefield was littered with wreckage... shattered drills, broken swarmers, and scorched earth.

The defenders were drained after the sudden skirmish, but they were alive... Many of them were injured, but thankfully, none of them died in the process.
