Incubus Lord: Lust Harem System
Chapter 26: A Deathmatch
"Good morning, Damon." She greeted Damon with her usual lovely smile.
"Morning, Ariel," as he ogles her body, and she moves toward the shower to wash her body.
After she washes her body, she joins Damon in the tub, sitting in his lap and resting her head in his chest.
"You should stay here from now on, cultivate with my yang qi inside your body." Damon tells her.
"But what about—" Damon cut her off.
"Don’t worry about it, I will take care of it, and you should forget about it and focus on raising your cultivation for now."
She has many questions but decides to say nothing and follow her man’s direction.
"Okay..."
After finishing, they left the bathroom and dressed up. Both of them are now using the Azure Dragon Sect outer disciple clothes. A white and azure robe with silver trim.
"I will go out now," he said goodbye to Ariel.
"Mmm... Take care," she said as she hugged Damon and kissed him.
He picked up his disciple tokens before heading to the Sect plaza, where many other outer disciples were gathering. He wants to look for Jack. 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝙚𝙬𝓮𝙗𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝒐𝓶
"Did you hear, some idiot used an elder’s name for his own gain!"
"Oh, him? Yeah, I know, I even see him forcing a girl to marry him."
"What? Then what happened?
"Well, the elder, Selene Frostborn, is the name he has been using. She personally went down to the male outer disciples’ dormitory, and no one could even breathe properly!"
"Ah... poor bastard."
Hearing this, Damon eyebrow rising, then suddenly a loud voice echoed through the plaza.
"DAMON!!!!" A young man burst through, drawing his sword and pointing it in his direction.
It was Jack, a horrible sword scar cutting across his face, his left eye covered by an eye patch, his remaining gaze glowing with anger.
"Damon! you commoner, where is my wife?" He growled.
"Wife? Do you even have a wife?" rising his shoulder, acting dumb.
"ARIEL!!! Where is she?!" He raised his voice.
"Oh, her? She was with me all night long..." he gives him a teasing smile.
"What? What did you do? What did you do to her?" Jack began losing control.
"You should know what we are doing," he gave Jack a mocking smirk and showed his hand with his thumb between his middle and index finger, showing him that they had sex.
"YOU BASTARD!!!!"
"Damon! I, Jack Frostborn, challenge you to a death match in the sect arena." He growled.
Hearing those words, Damon raised his face then look at Jack with a smirk.
’This is what I’ve been waiting for... Now I can kill you without causing a problem.’
"Sure."
Then he pulls out the jade transmission and calls an elder.
"Elder, I’ve been challenged into a death match, I request for your approval for death match."
A few minutes later, Elder Alder appeared and descended.
"So, you, Outer disciple Jack, challenge a deathmatch with Outer disciple Damon? You both just entered the sect yesterday. And you, Damon, your cultivation is lower than that of Outer disciple Jack. Are you sure you accept the challenge?" Elder Alder looked at Damon with an worry expression.
"Yes." Damon nodded.
In this world, unless one is a cultivation genius or happens to have a powerful weapon, they would never be able to beat another with a higher cultivation base.
And in Elder Alder’s eyes, Damon has potential, even gave him the golden token, and he even heard that the sect leader has eyes on him.
Elder Alder turned silent to ponder for a moment, and he said a few seconds later.
"This is a deathmatch with your life at risk. Once you step onto that arena, neither of you is allowed to leave until only one remains in this world. Do you two agree?"
"Yes." Damon answered with a calm voice.
"Yes." Jack’s voice filled with rage.
"Very well, since you both agree, then let us head to the arena..." Elder Alder began walking first and led the way.

On the way to the are arena, suddenly Damon heard a ding.
[Ding!]
[Mission: Kill Jack Frostborn in one attack in a death match.]
[Reward: Weapon Coupon & Abilities Coupon.]
[Penalty: Death.]
’What the fuck—’
’A death penalty? Looks like I have to go all out. I think something will kill me if I don’t kill him in one attack. Does Jack have a protector? Or does he have a special item?’
Damon kept walking, eyes forward, face calm. He turned the mission over in his head as the sect arena came into view, its stone walls rising above the surrounding buildings.
He glanced sideways at Damon, who was still fuming with his sword in his hand trembling with rage.
’Good. Stay angry, Jack. Let that rage take over and make you become reckless or irrational.’
’You are so consumed by your own fury that you haven’t even considered the consequences of this moment.’
’Irrational men act with rash desperation, and desperation is the quickest path to the grave.’
The arena floor was packed dirt and stone, wide enough for twenty men to fight at once. Elder Alder took his position at the edge and raised a hand.
"This is a sanctioned death match between outer disciples Jack and Damon," Elder Alder announced, his voice carrying across the empty seats.
"There are no rules. There is no surrender. The match ends when one of you dies."
Jack stepped onto the arena floor and drew his sword, spiritual energy already flooding into the blade.
Damon stepped forward and reached for his wooden sword.
A few outer disciples who had followed to watch started laughing.
"He’s using that thing again?"
"Against a Ninth Level of Elementary Spirit Realm cultivator while he is on Eighth Level of Elementary Spirit Realm? He’s insane."
Damon ignored them, but Elder Alder who stop him.
"Wait!" He threw a regular steel sword to Damon.
"Use that! At least you have a proper weapon now for in a deathmatch."
