However, what surprised and nervous Huo Sining and the others was that after they secretly boarded the ship that was about to leave the port, for some unknown reason, the ship did not depart.

Huo Sining glanced at Gu Xu and, without a moment’s hesitation, immediately sent Ouyang Jun into the Space.

Inside the Space, it’s still, so Ouyang Jun only felt a flicker before his eyes, and even before he could react, he knew nothing.

Gu Xu felt Ouyang Jun vanish instantly behind him, hesitated slightly, and then looked at Huo Sining with questioning eyes.

Huo Sining began chanting the Invisibility Spell, and in a lowered voice, explained to Gu Xu:

"To avoid trouble, it’s better to let him hide inside the Space, or else he’ll definitely be suspicious later, and you’ll have to find excuses to explain. It’s simpler if he sees nothing at all."

Gu Xu nodded, agreeing that Huo Sining’s reasoning indeed made sense. Previously, his reckless charge through the Mexican police checkpoint was odd enough, and Ouyang Jun, having traveled far and wide for years, wasn’t a fool. Even if he didn’t notice at the time, he likely sensed something amiss by now.

So, avoiding trouble whenever possible, Gu Xu thought it’s best to keep Ouyang Jun inside the Space.

Just after Huo Sining finished chanting the Invisibility Spell, the Mexican gangsters searching had reached Huo Sining and Gu Xu’s hiding spot.

Those cargo boxes were stacked high into a wall. The gangsters, fearing no trouble, directly moved the boxes aside and tore off the oil paper, completely exposing the corner.
