New Martial postulated that the Dragon master would be busy digesting his gains and staying away from the monster spirits for now. That would prevent an opening from developing for New Martial and Silver Moon to take advantage of.

Attacking monster spirits would draw out all sides, which meant a war to end all wars would result! It would be a war that decided the fate of the four regions!

No matter who won, they would be the final sovereign of the four regions. Of course, it might be a pyrrhic victory if the losses were too heavy. Exalted emperors from the outer regions might be involved. They could take the four regions for their own if they came in sufficient numbers, even without their worlds.

The Human King inclined his head when he heard the supreme’s speculations. This was very true!

Silver Moon hadn’t been much before, but now it was a force to be reckoned with.

Li Hao could certainly kill seventh ranks. He wouldn’t have dealt such a heavy blow to the chaos beasts otherwise. Light’s son was likely a seventh rank by now, and apparently there was another thunder seventh rank with them.

The dao chess running off earlier had likely been to convene with Li Hao...

The kid’s side was pretty strong then!

The drowsy big cat suddenly yawned and mumbled, “Number Two is fully part of reality now!”

Within the crowd, the Exalted Blood Emperor jerked with surprise.

“This cat and Number Two... are no longer connected.” The cat yawned again when everyone looked at it.

No longer connected! And not deepened the connection.

Number Two had been its projection before, it was the primary body. Number Two was just an illusory existence. But this time, Big Cat realized that it’d lost contact with Number Two when it walked out of Skyward’s dao universe.

That meant that Number Two was a real living being now.

The two cats had been the same entity before. But now, they could just barely be considered brothers. They were no longer as closely tied to each other as before. When Number Two first revitalized, Big Cat could sense it. It didn’t feel the same sensation this time.

Although Ash Cat was a little saddened, it was also happy for Number Two. “This cat still owes Number Two some dried fish. What a pity that I haven’t had a chance to bump into it. Now that it’s gone off with the Silver Moon king, I don’t know when we’ll next see each other.”

“None of that!” chuckled the Human King. “I won’t think anything of that kid so long as he doesn’t break his shackles! This is the truth. You can tell him that if he says or asks anything about surpassing me!”

The Exalted Blood Emperor nodded thoughtfully. He knew what Fang Ping meant.

Although the Human King had inherited a lot of daos from seniors, he ultimately forged his own path of yin and yang. If Li Hao never threw off War’s influence, then Fang Ping wouldn’t think much of the young man no matter how strong he was.

“Very well, then I’ll make my way over!”

“Um... how about... I go with you?” Fog Mountain suddenly said.

The Human King tilted his head at the man; Fog Mountain looked awkwardly back. He knew that he owed a great deal to New Martial for helping him reach eighth rank, but it was such a stifling atmosphere to be with these people!

The New Martial Supreme Zhang accounted for every eventuality!

Even eighth ranks felt a certain degree of pressure in front of these people. He didn’t like this feeling. It was more stressful than when he’d worked for Skycloud.

If he was Li Hao, at least the young man wasn’t as strong as the Human King. His personality was also vastly different. He was much more self-contained and rarely issued orders.

People chatted if they got along, kept silent if they didn’t, or outright split up. In New Martial, Fog Mountain felt that he was completely overshadowed by the Human King and supreme.

In Silver Moon... at least he didn’t feel that weak. Not that stupid or foolish. Even though Li Hao liked to lay plans of his own, at least they could be followed. When the Human King and Supreme Zhang laid their plans, they were so out of the box that the Fog Mountain couldn’t begin to fathom what it looked like.

However, he’d entered eighth rank due to help from New Martial. Although they’d fended off an eighth rank together and taken Blazing Sun, Fog Mountain was still a bit embarrassed.

The Dragon master was also a big threat...

“Do you want to leave?” chuckled the Human King. “Sure, go on! Li Hao isn’t as strong as us, so the Dragon master might chase him into Thunder Region. He’s really pissed off the big worm, so you can help him if you go!”

“Um...” Fog Mountain dithered. He really was embarrassed.

“No worries, you’re not a New Martial citizen, you don’t have to take orders from me!” The Human King didn’t mind at all. “It was just a partnership. Not to mention, Silver Moon isn’t my enemy either. If you’d said that you were heading to the Dragon master, I’d chop you into two. Since you’re not, you can do as you wish!”

“Do not worry, Human King.” Fog Mountain took a deep breath and offered a cupped fist salute. “I will not do anything against New Martial. It is all thanks to your help that I was able to enter eighth rank. If New Martial is in need, I will answer the call!

“With how strong your world is, how shrewd the supreme is, and how domineering you are, you truly do not need me in your ranks. Silver Moon might be in trouble, so I... shall take my leave!”

This side would not be weakened by his departure. The Human King was an eighth rank and there was Light present as well. The supreme was not to be underestimated either. Fog Mountain felt that he might not be stronger than the man!

This side would not collapse if he was not here, whereas Silver Moon might benefit heavily from his presence!

“Fellow Daoist Fog Mountain does not need to worry,” smiled the supreme. “We simply helped each other. Rare are those who win the approval of both the Human King and Silver Moon king. If the fellow daoist sees the Silver Moon king, please convey some of my thoughts too.

“Once he leaves Thunder Region, he might want to take a look at Gemini. We probably can’t leave for now because Light major world cannot be moved...”

He had certain ideas in mind about Gemini. But while New Martial could leave at any time, that would leave Light to take a beating unless they abandoned that major world.

If Li Hao had the time to spare, perhaps he could take a look. That was a dao universe that could support two eighth ranks!

Supreme Zhang wouldn’t have mentioned it, if not for killing so many seventh ranks. Even though they’d killed one eighth rank and two seventh ranks, Gemini should have multiple seventh ranks and one eighth rank remaining.

That was a tough target to conquer!

But with Fog Mountain and the Exalted Blood Emperor... and Li Hao’s original strength... perhaps they could do the deed! They’d be rich then!

Fog Mountain blinked. Was that... appropriate?
