Abyss Draconis-Chapter 433: The Elders’ Questionings 1
"He is not, King Auremis. Very well, he's of a consciousness of his own."
"With a brain, a heart, and a lung—no different from that of a living being," High Scholar Emeris said, as King Auremis kept his gaze on Ryuk.
"A living soul that has managed to live on with just his heart, lung, and brain. That is a possibility that I'm aware of."
"But within an Annunaki model—the most unreactive, robotic race that exists in the universe—things really begin to get tricky."
"You seemed to have gotten him successfully fused with your Annunaki model that you found some time ago. And it seems it was a really successful fusion," he said, taking Ryuk's hand into his and staring at it under deep scrutiny amidst the prideful gaze of High Scholar Emeris.
"It was. Although, he's just beginning to get used to the body, hence the need for the staff."
"I'd say with a little bit of training, he would be no different from a being of his own capability," High Scholar Emeris said, drawing a satisfied nod from King Auremis.
"If I may ask again, Father… He has his own consciousness, right? Meaning whatever actions this body of his takes, it must be due to his own full decision, no?" King Auremis asked as High Scholar Emeris nodded.
"All will be due to his own decision, thought upon and acted upon."
"Very well then."
"That would make me less sympathetic with him when he crosses a line and is to be punished as I now know well all he does is due to his own consciousness, not his body going out of control."
"Any misbehaviour of his will be punished just as any Silveruinc will be punished—or even worse..." he said, looking straight into Ryuk's eyes as he said it, and Ryuk simply gave him the good old blank stare, betraying no emotions.
"Worry not, King Auremis. He will be under my unblinking stare and inescapable control," High Scholar Emeris said, as King Aurtemis nodded before turning to look at High Scholar Emeris.
"He's very weak now, and therefore of not much threat. If he's under your watchful eyes, then I fear nothing," he said before turning to look at the Elders.
"Elders of My Soul. What do you think of my father's new creation?" King Auremis said, addressing the elders as he stood to the side.

Ryuk watched as the Elders began stepping downward, a total of five of them coming to stand before Ryuk and staring very hard at him, their eyes flashing with runic lights.
And that was when a peculiar elder—one with an extra eye on hsi forehead—spoke out clearly.
"He might not be of much threat now, My King," he said, his eyes on Ryuk as the throne room quieted down.
"But I can tell you this with assurance—he will be a great threat in the future if not controlled," the man said, drawing surprised gasps from some of the female elders on their seats, as King Auremi's eyes narrowed, including that of High Scholar Emeris staring at Ryuk in surprise but the young man didn't have much change in his expression still.
"Why do you say that, Elder Knowingwell?" the King asked, as the elder pointed to Ryuk—specifically to Ryuk's heart.
"In here, in his heart, my Lord… I sense two bloods flowing."
"Their concentration is weak, but I sense great power within them."
"One of them is filled with very great might… and another is filled with very great evil—nauseating and dark!" the man said, drawing the attention of everyone in the room.
"In short, he's a dual bloodline holder. Although, I find no bloodline veins within him—meaning he probably cannot use the power of these bloodlines. And with their concentration being so weak, they can't do much."
"But if he gets his hands on his true bloodline veins, then he should be capable of wreaking very great havoc."
"Not to forget that the fusion he has right now is that of an ancient technological race—the most advanced known at all."
"We have no record of its full capability, except that it was a race that almost succeeded in uniting all other races below it during its peak ascension."
"And now, that same body lies in him, along with two bloodlines that are definitely of high potential."
"We all can agree that such a talent in a single being is a very destructive force."
"He might be weak now but seeing him as nothing but a threatless weakling him is like one ignoring a tiger's cub because of its small size."
"Sooner or later, given enough time, it will grow into a majestic force that might be hard to take down."
"I'll advise for him to not be taken lightly by us, My Lord," Elder Knowingwell said, taking a step back.
And for the first time, King Aurtemis noticed a brilliant light flash through the eyes of the young man, as he looked at the elder before his eyes settled into the same neutral expression once more.
'He had pretty good eyes. No one on Endearth sees that and you instantly noticed. This man is scary...' Ryuk thought silently to himself.
Silence reigned in the room until a new elder broke the silence.
This time, it was a female elder who had deeply furrowed eyebrows as she stared at Ryuk.
"Is he capable of speech, High Scholar Emeris?" the woman asked.
High Scholar Emeris gave a firm nod.
"He very well is."
"Then why is he keeping mute with all the discussions? I haven't heard a word from him since..." the woman said as she looked at Ryuk, who kept silent.
"Why are you keeping mute, Ryuk?" High Scholar Emeris said, as Ryuk turned to look at him before he finally opened his lips.
"Because I haven't been asked a question nor referred to," he replied, as the elders looked at him blankly, and Ryuk stared at them just as blankly.
"A boy of small words, huh?" the woman asked, with a tone of mockery.
But Ryuk simply kept calm, neither laughing nor smiling to the joke, and soon spoke again.
"I have a question for you, boy."
"What is it?" Ryuk replied.
"It's said that you only have your heart, lung, and brain—and you have a soul, for your consciousness—meaning you're once a full living being. I'm curious: where are your other body parts?"
