Chapter 368: Kraken

Orpheus’s breath became rough as he let himself finish inside her body at the same time as she climaxed.

Luna’s body grew limp as something hot spilled inside her very depths. She panted as her chest rose up and down.

’Is... it over...?’

Truth be told, she exhausted, let’s not forget she had her first experience today.

Her thoughts didn’t last long. She felt his large hand caress her forehead and just like that, she instantly fell asleep.

’’She is so cute, so innocent. I’m lucky.’’ Orpheus said amused.

He fell asleep soon after.

The couple fell asleep in each other’s arms, their bodies entwined, their hearts filled with love and contentment.

The next morning, they awoke to the sound of seagulls calling. They lay in bed for a while, simply enjoying each other’s company. As the sun rose, casting its warm glow over the island, they knew that it was time to say goodbye.

With heavy hearts, Orpheus and Luna made their way to the harbor. Their flying ship was waiting for them, ready to depart. As they boarded the ship, they looked back at Ferry Island, a bittersweet smile on their faces. They knew that they would never forget this magical place, and they hoped to return someday.

As the flying ship departed from Ferry Island, Orpheus and Luna stood on the deck, watching the island fade into the distance. They had spent two wonderful days there, and they were already missing the place.

The ship continued its journey, the sea stretching out before them, a vast expanse of blue.

Orpheus and Luna continued their leisurely journey, spending their days relaxing, reading, and soaking in the tranquility of the sea. However, their peaceful voyage was abruptly interrupted on the fifth day after leaving Ferry Island. A colossal storm, unlike any they had encountered before, loomed on the horizon.

The ship’s captain, his face etched with concern, took control of the vessel, his voice booming through the ship’s intercom. He called upon the ship’s powerful origin masters, summoning their abilities to combat the tempestuous forces raging around them.

Unbeknownst to the others, Orpheus, disguised as Luna’s butler, had already identified the monstrous entity lurking within the storm’s eye. His keen senses, honed by years of training, had detected an unnatural energy emanating from the heart of the tempest.

Luna, aware of Orpheus’s extraordinary abilities, played along with the charade of fear. Her feigned fright was merely a facade, a way to protect her beloved from unnecessary danger. She trusted in Orpheus’s judgment and knew that he would handle the situation with courage and skill.

As the ship plunged into the storm’s fury, the wind howled, the waves crashed, and the sky was a terrifying spectacle of lightning and thunder. Yet, amidst the chaos, Orpheus remained calm, his eyes fixed on the monstrous entity that lay at the storm’s heart.

As the storm raged around them, the monstrous creature at its heart finally revealed itself. A colossal kraken, its tentacles as thick as tree trunks, emerged from the depths of the sea. Its eyes, the size of dinner plates, glowed with an eerie luminescence. Its massive body, covered in barnacles and seaweed, blotted out the sun.

Krieeeeee!

The kraken let out a deafening roar, its voice like thunder. The flying ship shuddered as the creature lashed out with its tentacles, striking the vessel with immense force.

Bam!

The crew scrambled to avoid being swept overboard, their faces etched with terror.

The ship’s captain, his voice filled with determination, ordered his crew and the mercenaries to attack the kraken. The crew and mercenaries, their faces etched with fear and resolve, readied their weapons. Magic and aura blades were unleashed upon the creature, their energy crackling and shimmering in the air.

Orpheus, his eyes fixed on the battle, watched as the crew and mercenaries fought valiantly against the monstrous creature. Luna, her heart pounding in her chest, focused on the ongoing battle, unwilling to miss a single moment.

The kraken, enraged by the attack, lashed out with its tentacles, striking at the ship and the crew. The sea was churned into a frenzy, the waves crashing against the vessel.

Despite the overwhelming odds, the crew and mercenaries fought bravely. They used their magic and weapons to wound the kraken, but the creature was too powerful. It seemed as if nothing could stop it.

As the kraken continued its onslaught.

Luna secretly whispered, "Please, help out." Orpheus smiled, already planning to do the same even without her request. He wanted to shut up those who were hiding and spying on them. After all, the princess from a ruined family was going back with some unknown butler. They would understand why she chose him after seeing what he was about to do. It was like killing two birds with one stone.

He stepped forward, his butler’s disguise momentarily forgotten. With a flick of his wrist, space seemed to warp and bend around him, his clothes dancing in the wind as he transformed.

The ship’s captain, stunned by Orpheus’s sudden transformation, was about to shout at him for revealing his true identity. However, the captain froze upon feeling the sharp aura emanating from Orpheus, a potent force that hinted at incredible power.

The kraken, sensing the new threat, turned its attention to Orpheus. Its eyes, filled with rage, narrowed as it prepared to attack.

Orpheus, his face etched with determination, unsheathed his sword. With a swift and precise motion, he slashed through the air. A blinding flash of light erupted, followed by a deafening roar. One of the kraken’s tentacles was severed, its thick, muscular limb now dangling helplessly.

The crew and mercenaries were stunned by Orpheus’s display of power. They had witnessed something truly extraordinary, a feat that seemed impossible. The kraken, enraged by the loss of its tentacle, lashed out even more furiously, its attacks becoming even more ferocious.

Orpheus, his sword raised high, prepared to face the creature. The battle was far from over, but he was determined to protect the ship and its passengers while having fun at the same time.
