Futanari System-Chapter 291: Unlocking

Deciding whether to use the lottery or not was something I was not quite sure about. The lottery is the best thing I got from the system. The Race upgrade had been the best thing a person could ever have gotten, and I had not gotten that during an opening lottery with the system. It would make the most sense that there was something that weighed the system to give out something good. Still, it was a much larger risk, but the thing was, where else was I supposed to spend the points?

Literally there was only the shop!

The candies were in the temp inventory, and I used the main inventory to keep life-saving supplies like Nutrient bombs and first aid. If I were going to utilize my System, I should do it right, and the Lottery was something I should use. What I would get was going to be entirely random, but it was better than letting the points I got sit. I still had more women to impregnate.

In fact, I got an update that the families who heard about the program were excited about it. The Men were more than happy to have another kid if it meant leaving to a place where they would own their own home and have a basic stipend and training for a better life. If it was not so sad, I would have to laugh at the fact that I was about to make an entire city where the Men were Cucks raising one woman's children for her. They would even be punished if they did a bad job.

The great part is that I also had an excuse to make many of the welfare programs I wanted to implement. In my past world, there was a lot of racism justified with the fact that those people were stupider at the time. We are only taking care of them because they cannot think for themselves properly.

Science eventually proved all these people incorrect.

During the early years of child development, when they are hungry or lack three meals a day, a normal child will not develop properly, and most importantly, the body will push the nutrients it did have to the body so that it could survive. So, like the Irish or black people from the early 1700s to the mid 1900s, their IQ was lower than most Europeans, especially among the Aristocrats. This would then justify the serfdom of these "Races" of humans. Eventually, as Science progressed, we learned that their Average IQ increased over the decades when the country no longer had as many starving children.

So, based on this theory, I was putting it to work in my city. I wanted no children to be hungry growing up, and this was an Excellent excuse to put things like this in place. Then if I want the parents to feed the kids properly, I have to feed them as well; otherwise, some, not all, would keep the food to themselves. So, if I want to raise how intelligent the Bunny-kin are, then feeding the Many, Many, Children they have was step one. Educating them was next, and that all came back to what I was doing then.

I got men to offer their women to me, a Loveknot, the heir of the Silvermoon, and use that to ensure that these children were properly integrated. The question was whether I should follow up with Propaganda from a young age. There was a balance you needed, and if you went too hard, people became stupid and blind; too little, and they would not think much of their nation.

All of which was me thinking about anything other than what I should really be thinking about.

The System Lottery.

I continued to gather mana while meditating, slowly restoring my mana from a two-week marathon, and I wondered if I should.

The answer was just as simple.

Yes. Yes, I should, the System shop was not going to be using all these points, so I should abuse the hell out of it. I had been refraining from it for such a long time. I hated that I was about to take this shortcut, but my mother was right. Others would kill for this shortcut and here I am ignoring it. It was stupid of me, and although learning everything on my own teaches more than suddenly being blessed with the knowledge, it was only good for a foundation.

I was a B-ranked Void General Wizard. I needed to break down and stop being an idiot like I had been in my previous life. There is a difference between intelligence and wisdom. I should be making more wise choices now. I still do not think my actions up to now were bad decisions. I laid a foundation of how this world's mana works with my own thoughts. Now, let's find out what the gods made available.

I took a deep breath and paused, first I would finish meditating and then I would do it. I would spend a hundred thousand points to start, then I would go from there. I did not know if there were more features to the system or not, but leaving it unused was something I would no longer do. It was time to do something with it and make use of the tools available to me.

So I let my thoughts clear and I gathered mana as fast as I could. My nipple rings quickly speeding up my stamina and Mana recovery. I continued to rest and I heard movement but paid it no attention.

Then, I filled the mana vortexes, stood, looked around me, opened the system, and checked my status before I moved to the lottery section.

It was the basic interface, so I bought a hundred tickets. Then, to my surprise, I heard a ding in my head from nowhere for the first time. I looked around with my mana, seeking someone who might be invisible near me. It came up blank, and I was left confused until I opened my eyes, and my eyes widened.

I was stunned stupid as this was the first major change in the system other than the system shop. I did not expect that I could unlock other things in the system! I blushed in shame as I realized this was all because of my own stupid stubbornness and then I felt something tickle in my memory.

This was a game of the gods, it said that before I was given this Futanari System! Which means, were there other people with a system? Was I not the only one with one? What would happen if I encountered another with a system? Have I already encountered someone with a system and just never knew it? What would happen if I killed someone with a system? Had sex with someone with a system?

These are questions that I should have thought of long ago as thoughts assaulted me.

All of this left me reeling, and I thought of something. What was the number that triggered the next level of tickets? What would I get next? My mind went back to the lottery, and I quickly purchased fifty uncommon tickets. I paused and gave it a moment, and I did not hear the noise again, so I purchased another fifty, spending a million points. I heard a Ding in my ears, and my eyes focused on the new notifications.

My eyes narrowed, and I thought I would get a new ticket level. My mind instantly went to the thought of purchasing even more, but I stopped myself. I did not even know if whatever I got was worth the one million one hundred thousand points that I had just purchased, so I took a deep breath.

I needed to calm down. I needed to think and I focused my eyes on the mass spinner and opened up my system to check everything once again.
