Floral then looked at Ebony. His face was frozen, unable to show any expression, but his angry glare spoke volumes.

Although he said that, his anger simmered down like a popped balloon.
William approached Ebony and tapped him with his magical medium, instantly dissolving the ice crystals encasing Ebony’s body.
Ebony knelt on the ground, struggling to catch his breath.
William frowned, observing that Ebony still hadn’t fully accepted his undead status by his attempts to breathe.
William intended to help Ebony stand up, but the other man rejected his offer and coldly accused him, “No matter what, you didn’t keep your promise.”
William shrugged and reached into his inventory, pulling out ‘Judgment 3,’ a rough obsidian dagger.
“I believe Camilla intended for me to retrieve this weapon to win my trust, and use me to eliminate the current Holy Tree Duke.”
The dagger floated in midair as William continued, “But Steelheart Widow informed me recently at Black Crow Gaze that the Tacma Church now possesses Judgment 3, which was created by Her.”
With a flash of light, William activated the Light spell, Item Destruction, obliterating the dagger into floating fragments.
After doing all of this, William stood up and looked around.
“Now, let’s move on to our next task. It’s time to take control of the ‘wedges’ in the underground root system.”
