30 Chapter 30: The Mysterious Woman!

A huge magical construct appeared on the floor beneath him, with intricate circles containing complex patterns and strange symbols that started spinning.
An unrestrained aura filled the room, Xin Yan felt like her heart was gripped by dread. She had never felt such a huge amount of pressure even from the supreme elders of the family.
The room began to fill with emitted light from the circles as wood started growing from the ground and took the form of a woman with a huge pair of translucent wings with a beautiful pattern on them.
The ethereal aura excluding the phantom of the form made Xin Yan's heart beat like a drum. She was sure that whatever was coming was something beyond the realms of her current understanding.
She felt like an ant in front of this being.
Soon the shadow covering the figure started to recede starting from her bare feet which were floating above the air. Moving up her long plump thighs came into view, if someone else saw them they would have the urge to suffocate themselves in between them but Noah was able to hold those urges back.
Soon her curvy waist came into view along with the hem of her green and red Cheongsam which was hugging her waist tightly expressing her body even more. More than her willow-like waist her milky jade white peaks caught Noah's attention. 'They are just as big as Xin Yan's ' Noah thought with a serious face while the woman beside her had an intuition that Noah was thinking something rude. She looked at him with narrowed eyes but seeing his concentrating and serious look she dismissed the thought.
Noah did not know that his bluffing expression allowed him to escape a disaster, he had his attention focused on the face of the beauty in front of him.
Her face carved to perfection looked at Noah with emotionless eyes but there was a slight wariness in them. Her long silky green hair floated in the air while her pond-like clear eyes tried to see through Noah. Xin Yan's eyes froze seeing the pointy ears on the woman. Something stuck in her mind and she thought.
'An elf?! No they don't have wings'
As if sensing something inside Noah the mysterious woman's cherry lips opened a little in shock but she regained her composure. The Seal dimmed down and all the grand aura disappeared in a flash.
Looking at the figure in front of them Xin Yan was shocked while Noah looked at it with a small smile. The woman was even more beautiful that Xin Yan by several times but what shocked Xin Yan was that there was no aura on the woman.
He could feel a slight connection with the small woman.
Noah gestured for her to come to him, and after a moment of hesitation, she obeyed, flying towards him she sat on his lap looking at him with eyes full of curiosity.
Noah started patting her head causing her to close her eyes in ecstasy.
"Quite the young one aren't you? Do you have a name?"
Noah whispered, yet both of them were able to hear it. The woman nodded her head and then she shook it in response to his question. Xin Yan just looked at them with a baffled expression. This grown woman is young????
'???' her mind was filled with question marks as she looked at the pair. Suppressing her shock she asked.
"Umm, Noah, who is she? why does she look like those long eared humans, except for her wings?"
"Oh, she is the embodiment of this world's consciousness. As for her appearance, this is just a form she's taken on, and it seems she prefers the appearance of fairies. They reside in the world tree of the elves." 𝒇𝒓𝓮𝓮𝔀𝓮𝒃𝙣𝒐𝓿𝓮𝓵.𝒄𝒐𝙢
Noah replied in a plain tone as he looked at the woman in his arms, but for Xin Yan, it was quite a surprising revelation.
Not feeling the warm sensation on her forehead, the woman surprisingly nudged Noah with pleading eyes as if asking for something.
Understanding her gesture Noah smiled and patted her head causing her eyes to turn in small crescent moons. Noah smiled seeing her reaction and continued the action. Noah may have found her beautiful but he was not the kind of man who would chase after every beautiful woman he sees. To him as long as he found the woman's personality nice and came to love her he would accept her even if she is an ugly mortal.
Looks were nothing for cultivators, as they advanced to higher stages cultivators shed their mortal shell and forge new bodies and all of those cultivators rarely stay ugly. Noah was treating her this way because he felt an innate closeness to her just like the woman in front of him, he even knew the reason but did not mind.
Even Xin Yan, who had been in a state of panic, found herself calming down upon seeing the sight in front of her. It stirred memories of Tian's childhood to the surface.
" You said, she is young but how young? If she is the world itself, she would be quite old, right?"
Hearing those words, the Woman pouted a little and looked at her with a displeased expression. Noah laughed a little as he replied.

She nodded confirming Noah's theory and Xin Yan became even more baffled hearing the age of this mysterious woman.
" How about I name you?"
At first she was shocked hearing Noah's sudden offer but after thinking about it she nodded in happiness.
While they were talking among themselves Xin Yan was on the verge of going crazy, she couldn't help but wonder about Noah's understanding of age and common sense.
Not even an incense stick of time had gone by yet they were conversing like they have known each other for so long.
