For example, in Ivory Town, the spirit spring is controlled by the Ivory Family. They are the ones who have been in control of this spirit spring for 70 years.
They were not the original controllers of the spirit spring. They won that control through the sacrifice of blood and lives.
Now that they are in control of the spirit spring, they control this whole city, and their world is law. There are very few people who can contradict them. The organization of lamp bearers is one of those people.
The lamp bearers are an organization that transcends the boundaries of settlements. They operate in many towns and cities and have branches all over the continent.
The power they possess is a real threat to the Ivory family. It is something undeniable since the Lamp Bearers helped the Ivory family overthrow the previous family that controlled the spirit spring in the town.

The last requirement is talent. If it is lacking, then no amount of knowledge and resources can help. Anyone without talent who tries to become a godclad will die in the attempt.

Other than that, the only way to become a godclad is to wait for one of the officials to die. The divine flesh of the deceased officer will be used to create another officer. But it will be in terms of seniority and merit.
The older, more experienced probationary officers will be picked first to replenish the officers. As the newest probationary officer, he can forget about using that method to become a godclad soon.
