Very soon , dressed in a fitting black suit ,Xu Li Reynolds appeared on stage.

It was time for the main event to occur after all the side shenanigans had taken place.

The moment the Federation president appeared, everyone stood up and made a bowing gesture ,full of respect , one that was deeply from the bottom of their hearts .

" Hail your Excellency!"

Reynolds nodded

" Ladies and gentlemen ,please, you are making me shy . Kindly have your seats"

Everyone laughed at his funny words .

The Federation President was really a warm person who has a way of making people approach him easily despite the unimaginable power he held.

"I won’t bore you all wth useless chatter and quote some philosophical quotes about something our predecessors said in the past . All I have to say is we have all gathered here to honor a young man whose appearance has sparked hope and ignited a fire in the hearts of many people including myself in the United Federation.

As someone who has personally fought these diabolic beasts especially in Antartica for a long time, my constant worry has always been that despite the constant appearance of heroes that have fought tooth and nail against these creatures ,more of these monsters seem to appear,making our attempts at pushing them back seem meaningless. Everyone stood up, their claps full of passion, power and admiration.

Arrie was literally holding back her tears.

" I’m so proud of him"

Micheal added,his voice hoarse. The guy was literally holding himself back from crying " I can literally remember the first time I encountered him,who would have thought that in such a short period of time ,he’d become this powerful and one day he’d wear a suit"

" Uncle underestimated him" Charles added.

" Uncle is so cool" Felicia shouted, causing many people to chuckle ,turning towards her.

" My son in law does not look so bad " Helena smirked.

" This guy should be wearing more suits " Angela added.

Borngreat added " Could have set him up with our youngest daughter dear,unfortunately.."

He turned towards Arrie’s direction .

His wife chuckled , nudging in Charles’ direction.

Borngreat gave her a thumbs up.

Charles didn’t know he was gonna get the girlfriend he had been looking for very soon.

Kailen however was the center of everyone’s attention.

Contrary to what he has expected, he didn’t feel so bad about being honored.

He knew these people were honoring him from the bottom of their hearts.

" This is not so bad after all. I wander how mum and dad would feel about this"

Kailen warmly smiled, reciprocating the respectful claps and honory standing ovations with a warm smile.

He moved, each step graceful, calculated ,his gaze calm, his demeanor confident.

Many ladies felt a faint blush on their faces.

The men saw him as their role model.

Stephen and Rio were part of the random people that had been invited to the inauguration ceremony.

They sighed, inwardly gnashing their teeth at how stupid and shortsighted they had been.

They could have been his friends.

Their relationship with him could have changed their lives, and yet they ruined it.

The lady from the Hayes family Kailen had beaten up in class sighed as she also stood in the audience, cursing herself for being extremely shortsighted .

’ She must that secretary of his right?. The model?’ She mused to herself.

" Jealous?" Jane didn’t fail to notice the expression on her face " Don’t worry, my brother says their relationship is strictly professional"

Kim blushed " I’m not insecure "

Back to the stage.

Xu Li Reynolds gently took a badge with the inscription GG, which meant Global Guardian.

He gently placed the badge on Kailen’s right chest professionaly and clipped it as he spoke.

" By the power vested in me as President of the United Federation, elected by the Global Federation Board,I hereby announce Mr Kailen Darkhaven has been inaugurated and has been officially declared the second global level guardian awakener to appear in the Federation, since the first federation president ,my grandfather , Xu Li Grimblade, passed on. He is hereby granted all benefits that I,the federation president enjoy and he answers to no one, but only to his duty to protect and preserve the honor of the federation in any way he sees fit"
