The random selection of individuals to participate had been cancelled.

Any wise person would know that the federation government had leveraged on Kailen’s news to bate more people to join the war out of their own freewill.

Individuals ,especially those who had talents ranging from B rank to S rank but had extremely slow breakthrough speed, enlisted for the war at the border like crazy fanatics.

They were determined to purchase the breakthrough speed acceleration potions expecially, no matter how expensive the potions were after they enlist for the war at the boarder.

Only they knew how frustrating it was to have a good talent ,yet slow breakthrough speed.

Another peace of news was announced, that rewards would be given to those who participate in the war, including free potions from " Penumbra Enterprise " -Kailen’s potion company

Of course the federation government announced it this way. However only they knew how much they would bleed.

The federation government had contacted Kailen Darkhaven personally,entreating him that apart from the potions his company would sell to those who’d enlist for the war, they’d be pleased if he could make some of his potions and sell it to the federation government so that the government uses it as a medium of reward system for those who participate in the war to encourage them to give it their best on the battlefield.

The amount of money Kailen decided to take literally caused the Global Federation financial board’s president to cough mouthfuls of blood.

They knew that Kailen could use his strength to bully them into submission, however he was resorting to business methods .

Inasmuch as he was being black hearted here , he was at least being "civil" .

This was what had led to the news about " free potions " from Penumbra Enterprise ,being included as part of the rewards for those who would deserve rewards in the war.

Only the federation government was aware that that this was not for free .

However they needed more people to join the war, as a large horde of beasts of several ranks were now making an appearance in the war,hence using this method as another trump card for publicity was worth it .

The news about the Terror Surge Syndicate had spread far and wide too in the federation.

The villaneous organisation being revealed as the mastermind of some of the beast tides had sent the federation in an uproar.

Of course the hatred of federation citizens towards the Diabolic beasts had not subsided .

Even before the TSS appeared ,beast tides were already occuring.

The federation government had promised that this organization was being hunted down and would be brought to justice.

Their names were further hoisted, expecially Kailen’s, causing him to be viewed with more exaggerated venaration by Federation citizens.

A few weeks had passed since the events above had ensued.

He had just finished making the potions the federation government requested.

Also, in barely a few days’ time, he would be heading towards the boarder for the war.

He couldn’t wait to unleash his power on those diabolic beasts.

Helena’s eyes were literally glowing at this point.

The middle aged woman was extremely elated as she stood before the potion testing equipment, staring at the results she had just achieved.

Over these past few weeks, under Kailen’s influence and guidance, her skill in potion making had really improved.

She could now make potions with a purity rate of 94%.

What made her more shocked was how those creatures of Kailen were even more proficient in potion making.

Kailen had personally decided to employ her assistance as she was someone he could trust .

There was no way Kailen would entrust his knowledge with someone he didn’t consider worthy of his trust.

Besides ,he was doing business. Why should he reveal his business secrets to others ?

Arrie had also decided to join the potion making business .

She had achieved a potion purity level of 76 percent.

If anyone saw these results, they would be extremely surprised.

Unlike his shadow creatures who could communicate with him on a thought level and had a deeper understanding of his commands, making them achieve ridiculous potion level results, and Helena who was literally a grandmaster potion master who could already make potions with a purity level of 90 percent, before Kailen guided her ,making her ability to improve under Kailen’s guidance and instruction fast ,Arrie ,though his woman ,was not like his shadow creatures, and did not have any foundation in potion making like Helena.
