Above Neon, an artificial night had descended forcefully once again as he activated this terrifying capability, a river of starlight gushing down from above and flowing into his body unceasingly!

When he was utilizing the means of the Adrastia Imperium Vitae Ascension Codex, everything else felt so supremely small, but if he simply continued to refine his bloodline… it felt like even when it came to assimilating anything, it could be done at an incredibly faster rate as they could go from no Echelon to the 5th or even the rare 6th in a matter of seconds.

Now, that was how powerful the means of the Adrastia Emperor Kings were!

'Others might have are their ancient lineages or Planar Destiny, or other things that I do not even know about… but they do not have the Adrastia Emperor King Lineage…'

He clenched his fists and opened his eyes as he thought of this, knowing that if he had to have a choice between anything in this entire Plane, his Lineage would always come out on top for what he wanted the most.

He breathed out as he looked at the surreal illusory purple gold throne that appeared when he did activate the bloodline refinement behind him, with this throne currently being illusory, as if it was representing something that could potentially become more real in the future.

It was also this throne that acted as the conduit that drew down the seas of starlight from above.

And since he did have access to such a ridiculous level of power and things that others could not even imagine, he was putting it to good use as right now, he had one hand clasping Rose's as the starlight that gushed into his body flowed onto hers as well, with him utilizing Biological Nurturing V to see if it could take the starlight coursing through him and allow it to flow into her as well!

"How is it so far?"

He asked the gorgeous woman beside him as her green hair danced with flames chaotically, and she was humming as she opened her eyes and locked onto his while replying.

"The starlight is not necessarily latching on to my body, but I can feel my endless [Sky] of Dharma Manifestation rapidly being completed because of it. A few drops of starlight have managed to go into my bloodstream as I feel like I will hit some sort of catalytic reaction soon and trigger a cascade of events that would simply take me to the Luminblood Stage of Astral Core Ascension."

She spoke with confidence as Achilles couldn't help but be dazzled by her vibrant eyes that seemed so immensely full of life.

She saw him locked onto her like this as she touched her face while asking,

"What? Did something change on my face? You know I've been worried about growing permanent feathers…"

She began questioning him as she touched her face and he simply shook his head with a smile as he replied,

"I just got lost in your eyes for a second…"

He said such a thing as Rose instantly blushed and looked away.

"You… don't tell me those kinds of things right now. We have to focus on the task ahead!"

The Queen of the Kingdom of Neon felt shy as her eyes lit up right after as she asked,

"The Colonies of the Magitech Dynasty are arriving soon, right? With them and the Colony Cities of Thornveil Dynasty, would you not have more Colony Cities under you than any other single Dynasty? Can you still call this place… a [Kingdom]?"

She asked a critical question as Achilles thought about this while staring up at the river of starlight, gushing down and refining his bloodline.

He did not yet have an answer for this.

In the surroundings of the Kingdom of Neon.

The gorgeous blue ring that surrounded the vast landmass caused everything to gain a shimmer of beautiful and peaceful wonder and fantasy for anyone who was coming across it.

It did not seem entirely real, especially when counting for the fact that there was an even more radiant blue sea in the skies of Neon.

"Just how did you do all this…?"

The Magitech Throne, who was standing at the very top of a golden dome wrapping around the past Capital of the Magitech Dynasty, asked such a question as she looked at the scene of the Kingdom of Neon that she had left not too long ago.

And yet now it looked so utterly different and mystical that it seemed like a fantasy realm that should not even exist in these skies.

This was not to mention the fact that above Neon, it looked like nighttime arrived as a river of stars was descending down.

A river of starlight!

It was utterly ridiculous.

And the body of Achilles' Primordial Avatar arose up as he looked at the 9 Colony Cities of the Magitech Dynasty that floated behind them like separate floating landmasses, which would soon join the Kingdom of Neon as they applied succinctly.

"Even if I told you, you wouldn't really believe me. For now, all of us will have to just enjoy another ridiculous reality that we're seeing…"

Achilles replied to her in such a manner as he couldn't truly tell her that hey, even though I was born in a dirt-poor Colony City, my father was actually some terrifying Emperor King from unknown Star Seas, and that he carried this very same terrifying lineage as it had dreams through this lineage, where he obtained a Heart of Thalassara… that he then assimilated and brought from dream to reality.

And that this Heart of Thalassara then erupted out to cover a Kingdom that he raised in the skies himself, even spreading out the capability of Sacred Pools of Thalassara that one could dip into to change their entire lineage to become advanced humans that could control water among many other features.

He shook his head as he thought it was such a fantastical tale that would not seem real by any account as he waved his hands and commanded the Living Scripts, the Runescripture that surrounded the Ancient Impenetrable Titanwall Domes of the nine Colony Cities behind him.

They began to move like cognizant, small continents that knew they were about to join with a much larger one, as they came to surround the Kingdom of Neon in a circular formation before they began to converge around it slowly.

The ring of water that was the product of the Heart of Thalassara expanded out once more as if it would gladly and without question accept more landmasses and more people!

Even Achilles couldn't help but look at the scene with utter amazement as beside him, he could feel the heated gaze of the True Magitech Throne on him as she experienced everything that he could do.

He became silent at this before he spoke calmly.

"You don't need to look at me with such a gaze as in this world, and in all my life… I only have a single woman in my heart. And if she saw you looking at me the way that you are right now… you are going to have trouble in the future."

He gave her a straightforward reminder as this Astral Core Ascension entity came out of her daze and slapped her face, her expression becoming stern as she looked at the distant Kingdom of Neon opening up its waters to accept other landmasses as she replied,

"My apologies. Take my gaze more as that of immense fascination and possibilities. I am thinking about what you and all of this might mean for all Dynasties. I am thinking about how the future could look like if we continue to do this and we are actually able to hold off against the Ancient Ones that seek to either enslave or kill us. If things continue as they are, you will be at the forefront of unknown change and innovation. Someone who will be leading the tens of millions of humans. For someone like that, you do have to make your distinction clear. You are King Primal right now, but how about officially declaring yourself as a Dynasty Throne? With all the Colony Cities that will soon continue to join… why not have the founding of a new Dynasty that will exceed and be more than what any of us could possibly dream of?"
