I'm the Villainess in the Apocalypse-Chapter 457. Move to the Central Area (2)
Chapter 457: 457. Move to the Central Area (2)
"Meow!"
Dylan’s face darkened when he was being interrupted by the cat once more. He glanced at the cat below him, thinking that he should just pack this damn cat to his uncle and let him stay there so that there wouldn’t be an annoying cat bothering him.
The time he could spend with Anna alone has always been divided between him and this damn cat.
Why did he agree to take care of this cat in the first place?
Dylan started to wonder about this matter.
"Let’s go inside?" Anna chuckled when she saw Dylan was interrupted by Kitty once again. This has happened several times that she had started to get used to it.
Besides, she was thankful that Kitty interrupted because they were outside and it was not appropriate for Dylan to do anything. There were also other people around this place. Even if they were not looking at Anna directly, she would be a bit embarrassed if they were to do anything here.
"Fine."
The two of them walked into their new mansion, inspecting their new territory and looked around the place.
It seemed that the place was pretty good.
It was spacious and had some furniture, so they only needed to move some other furniture they wanted from the truck with Anna’s plants.
After that, Dylan designated a separate room for Kitty. This way, this damn cat didn’t have to bother them all the time.
"Meow?" You want to push me even further from Anna?
Kitty glared at Dylan. He felt that this man was really cunning and always try to make him stay far away from Anna.
For this matter, Kitty wanted to shout his dissatisfaction, but Dylan quickly take out the snack that he had prepared before. The meat from the big mutated animals’ corpses were roasted and now presented in front of him, making Kitty very tempted.
He looked at Dylan and Dylan was smiling at him.
It seemed that Dylan knew very well that food was Kitty’s weakness and almost all problems can be solved by food.
"Meow!" Just this time!
Kitty couldn’t resist and moved to the plate, which Dylan handed to the cat.
He laughed at the cat’s reaction and felt much better now. It seemed that if he wanted the cat to listen to him, all he had to do was to prepare more snacks and food for him. There was no way Kitty wouldn’t listen to him.
The only disadvantage was that he had to spend more time cooking these big mutated animals’ corpse meat for Kitty.
But aside from that, it seemed to be perfectly fine.
"Kitty is appeased?" Anna asked, looking at the cat that was already like a dog, munching on the big mutated animals’ roasted meat happily. From the way it looked like, Kitty no longer complained.
Back then, this cat was often meowing in front of their door in the morning because he wanted more food or snacks or anything like that.
Dylan and Anna could only prepare more food for the cat so that it wouldn’t disturb the two of them. But then again, sometimes they forgot, which caused the cat to have some resentment and then take revenge on Dylan.
Naturally, Kitty wouldn’t take any revenge on Anna because he didn’t want to make Anna angry or sad.
Thus, Dylan had to bear the brunt.
Anyway, this man has been targeted by Kitty several times in the past that he had gotten used to it. It seemed that the cat would not feel comfortable without making him annoyed first.
"Apparently so." Dylan chuckled. "What to see the training room?"
"There’s training room here?" Anna was surprised.
She didn’t expect that they would also make a training room in the mansion given to the two of them. The base was quite thoughtful in this regards.
"Yes." Dylan nodded. "Almost all mansions are equipped with the basement room for training. To be exact, it was modified in order to make sure that they can practice from time to time after the awakened started to appear."
Uncle Darien explained to Dylan about this matter.
To be honest, this matter was mostly to make sure that they were able to fight against those big mutated animals out there. After all these big mutated animals were strong and it would be hard for the officials who were busy to practice when they had many things to do each day.
So the training room became even more important.
The mansions in the central region would be equipped with the training ground to help these people to train when they had time. After their official duties were over, they could spend their time practicing here secretly and no one would disturb them.
It was a good place.
At least, to a certain degree.
As Dylan and Anna went to the basement, they could see that the structure was quite strong. At the very least, there was no problem for them to train for some time because their elements wouldn’t be able to hurt these things.
But for Anna and Dylan...
It was not enough.
"This place can barely be considered training place," Anna said and rubbed her chin. "But this is better than having to go out and then erase those marks again."
When they were staying in their small base, they often go out to the forest and the surroundings area to train. At that time, they naturally had made some marks on the ground because of their training and so on.
But they would try their best to restore them to make sure no one knew about it.
Anyway, it looked very ugly after the grounds was blasted open by them.
Now that they had a closed space to train that was also quite spacious, it would be a good place for the two of them to train.
Dylan and Anna looked at each other before their abilities broke out at the same time, clashing and spreading across the basement.
