Logic.

A great deal of things moved with this in mind, because logically, nobody wanted to die.

The ants forming a line to seek food wanted to live.

The bees working under a queen wanted to live.

Even trees stretched their roots in the driest places to seek water…in order to live.

Naturally, everything clung to life and did so with desperation.

The Wheel of Existence carried that same desperate need, and in this moment, it never once intended to attempt the Transformation.

Instead, it gathered its weavings across its countless frequencies and sought refuge in a budding Wheel of Existence.

It defied every expectation. Noah had appeared before the Infiniverse, yet the erupting Wild True Sources of the Wheel of Existence, reminiscent of those from the Infinite Ravines, burst forth and veered in a completely different direction.

Ruination.

The Wild True Sources paved the way for a terrifying burst in power as if they were no longer needed in the Infinite Ravines and would be fully utilized here!

BOOM!

Something squeezed inside Ruination's chest as waves of dozens of Wild True Sources danced within her. Her expression turned stern as her hand dug into her chest.

WAP!

Noah appeared beside her, his own hand driving into her chest, his expression flashing cold as multiple True Sources erupted around him.

The budding Living True Source of Infinity ignited- an endless blue sea crashing into her chest to pull out the Thing that had gone in.

Dozens of Wild True Sources surged to clash with him, but the True Source of Infinity was Living.

It was alive.

BOOM!

It swatted the Wild True Sources away, breaking through all veils. And there, Noah saw it. A miniature white-gold Wheel of Existence- pristine, untouched, unmarred by fractures.

He looked at it with frozen eyes.

"You ungrateful wanker."

WAA!

He had just admonished a Wheel of Existence.

The Infiniverse had even been standing by to help with the Transformation if needed.

And yet… it tried to go behind their backs with a plan of its own, fully aware of the potential harm to others.

It was a Wheel of Existence that had undergone multiple breakings, and when its weavings entered another, it would likely bring doom to that Wheel too.

But that doom wasn't as certain as its own.

So, it took the chance.

"Damn everything else as long as the numbers lean in your direction, right?"

Noah's eyes sharpened with cold intent as his hands reached out to grasp the Wheel of Existence, which was entrenching itself deeper into Ruination.

It looked like a grand fight was about to break out when...

Master…wait.

Ruination's intent bloomed.

Noah's hand stalled.

He looked into her eyes, which now blazed even brighter, as she slowly removed her hand from her chest and spoke with blazing profundity.

A Wheel of Existence that has experienced eight Breakings. Eight Ruins. Eight Apocalypses. If it fuses with me, I'll gain the experiences of eight full cycles of Ruin. It… aligns with my nature and flow, even if the consequences are severe.

…!

Her eyes were unfathomably bright.

Noah pulled his hand back, conviction flickering within her gaze as her chest began to close.

She peered inward, as if staring directly at the Wheel of Existence fusing with her being- terrifying complexity rising in its wake.

Because of the weavings from previous breakings, others might look at this and believe only doom waited.

But Ruination thought differently as she looked straight at the Wheel and spoke.

Do you know what I've learned from watching and living within endless weavings of Ruin? That it isn't loud- not at first. It whispers. It seeps in as silence, as apathy, as the absence of care. Ruin isn't chaos… it's inevitability. And now, I carry the True Source of Ruination not as a weapon, but as truth. It does not destroy- it unmakes. It erases purpose. Identity. Hope. That… is the place you've chosen to enter and call home.

BZZZT!

The Wheel of Existence buzzed, as if stunned by her words.

It paused the fusion for a moment, like it was rethinking its decision.

But Ruination's weaving pulsed defiantly as she took over the fusion herself.

I'm not a haven for you to end your weavings. Nor a place for you to complete a future transformation. What I am… is someone who plans to live Ruin—through and through. I will seek the Ruinous Breakings of the Wheel. My first transformation will be a breaking. It will be Ruin, true to my name. And I'll keep seeking breakings… until I decide it's enough. So, you, dear Wheel of Existence, have just placed yourself in the path of many more Breakings. Rejoice.

BOOM!

Her body blazed with glorious crimson-gold light.

Noah's gaze shone as, in the endless white-gold sea, crimson light exploded and spread madly around her.

And before his eyes, a prompt appeared:

Ruination has begun her transformation into a Ruined Absolute Complex Living Wheel of Existence, a type of Absolute Complex True Wheel of Existence.

…!

His weavings buzzed with glory. Because this meant Noah now held three Living Wheels beneath his banner.

His own Absolute Complex Atlas Living Wheel.

The Infiniverse Wheel of Existence.

And now… the Ruined Absolute Complex Living Wheel of Existence.

And each one of them was only just beginning.

He looked closely at Ruination, trusting her vision, how she saw herself. If this Wheel of Existence could become something exemplary for her, then so be it.

But all of this unfolding the way it did meant one thing.

He turned to stare across the distant waters of the golden sea now slowly turning crimson.

There, the representation of the Wheel of Existence they'd been watching the whole time… had a massive crack.

And now, smaller fractures bloomed across its surface.

The Wheel of Existence… was breaking.

It wasn't an official Breaking.

It hadn't attempted its Last Transformation.

Who knows- among the fields of infinite possibilities and probabilities, it may have succeeded, especially with the Infiniverse ready to help.

But it didn't make that choice.

And now, it would never be known if that possibility might've become reality.

Now, all that remained… was Ruin.
