Rain had to explain the shadow king skill to Hardh because he actually hadn’t unlocked that skill, and he didn’t know about it either... that was confusing. Something like that hadn’t happened before, so Rain wondered if the overseer.

"Shall I improve Origin Punch or develop another technique," Rain thought. "If the next enemy is Ateros... I have to come up with a way to counter his aspect... not like I didn’t try this before."

Rain thought that he would have some idea or inspiration, but nothing came to mind even after a while. The only thing he knew was that the Ateros would have access to the best materials in the universe, and he would be able to craft gear and weapons with it. In theory, it would be better to use those materials to develop an army... but Rain didn’t know if Ateros was the kind of being who would focus on that.

"His best material should be the dark metal... even after this long, you are still holding well in the battles," Rain said.
