Hazuki slowed his dramatic walk and looked up at her.

He crashed into a bunch of empty crates nearby, collapsing into a heap with spinning eyes.

Her tiny foot was still raised from the furious flying kick.

Her cheeks were bright red, and her ears flattened in embarrassment and rage.

Meanwhile, Hazuki, who had just sat up groggily from the kick, rubbed his sore ribs and blinked in confusion. He awkwardly pointed between them.

"Mother...?" he mumbled. "Err... I thought Mrs. Faria was your mother...??"

His brain struggled to process this new information.

Ridan, floating in circles nearby, laughed so hard that his cloud form wobbled violently. Through telepathy, he gasped,
