In a massive and luxurious palace—now was abounded looking like it was centuries old, as if no one had lived there in ages.
And how could they? No one really knows what happened centuries ago, why such a grand palace was abounded what happened to royal families? It’s all a mystery, because nothing was written in history for anyone to know.
Inside that palace, Krivan was carrying Silas in his arms, looking around with a grin on his face. Silas was unconscious, unaware of what was going to happen to him.
After taking him inside, Krivan went straight into a bedroom and laid Silas down on the bed, then sat beside him.
"After this nap, you’ll remember everything—that will be fun," Krivan said, patting Silas’s head.

Four packs were the most powerful at that time, and many small packs were under them. One of them was the Loria Pack, whose leader’s name was Jeren.
He had twin sons, and both of them were omegas. Jeren adored his sons and loved them so much that he was afraid an alpha would hurt them.
That’s why he always kept an eye on the surroundings whenever they went out, to see if any alpha was approaching them or not.
Today was the coming-of-age ceremony for both princes, and it was being held on a grand scale. Alphas from other packs were invited to the celebration.
••In the bed chamber••
Silas was sleeping on his stomach on the bed very soundly. Just then, the room’s door creaked open, and a servant came inside, standing professionally in front of the bed.
"Your Highness, it’s time for you to get ready. You’re taking your afternoon nap a little too long."
Hearing that, Silas flipped onto his back, rubbing his eyes while yawning.
He was looking mesmerizing; the servant was also blushing as he looked at Silas.
Silas had fallen asleep in the afternoon, saying he wanted to take a nap, but it was already evening.
"Yes, I remember now. Today is mine and Orian’s coming-of-age ceremony," Silas mumbled, getting off the bed.
The servant quickly brought fluffy slippers in front of Silas so he could wear them. And as he wore them, Orian rushed inside.
"Silassss... are you ready?"
Orian was all ready to go to the ceremony, and he was happy too, ’cause they both were becoming adults today.
"Silas, aren’t you happy that today you can meet Alphas from another pack?"
Silas went straight toward the bathroom. "I’m not excited at all, but go and check if Dad is ready or not."
Orian left from there until Silas got ready, and after a while, both Silas and Orian, grabbing Jeren’s hand, entered the ceremony.
"Orian and Silas, if anyone says anything bad to you, just kill them. Don’t worry about anything else—I’ll cover up everything," Jeren whispered.
"Dad, what are you saying? Are you out of your mind? How can you casually tell us to kill people?" Silas said.
After that, they sat down, and everyone wished the best years ahead for both brothers.
But the ceremony was getting a little boring since no one was ready to dance with either of them. Cuz jeren was glaring at every alpha and giving them warning not to come closer to his son.
That’s why they both danced with their father, one by one. And after that, they both came out of the ceremony into the garden.
"Silas, I heard the four princes from the Miren Pack have come here, and I heard they’re extremely handsome. Wanna see them?"
"It’s just a rumor. Even if I didn’t pay attention to the whole ceremony hall, I still can’t believe those four handsome princes are here."
Silas sat down on the ground under the tree, and Orian did the same. They both rested their backs against the tree while looking around.
But then they heard the sound of talking, so they peeked from behind the tree and saw someone far away.
Three guys were standing there.
While on their knees and grabbing the tree, both of them were trying to see who those three guys were.
Just then, a sudden blow of air came into Silas’s ear, which tickled him. He flinched and quickly looked to his side.
"W-Who are you, and how did you get in?" Silas stuttered.
"I’m Kael, and I was invited here. But why are you looking at my brothers like that? Do you like them or something?"
Saying that, Kael sat down beside Silas. Silas was shocked—what was happening? Why did Kael sit beside him? He glanced at Orian. Then again looks at kael.
"Umm... why did you sit down beside me? And I wasn’t looking at your brothers or anything. It’s our garden, so we look wherever we want," Silas tried to explain.
"I see... so you’re Prince Silas, right? I’ve heard a lot about you. Your rumors are spreading in every pack—about how beautiful you are. And now that I’ve seen you with my own eyes, I can say those aren’t just rumors. You’re indeed beautiful."
Silas started to smile upon hearing he was beautiful, and seeing that, Orian understood he wasn’t needed there at that moment.
"Excuse me, Silas. I just remembered some work, so I’ll have to leave now," Orian said, then ran away before Silas could stop him.
But Orian didn’t really leave. He only hid behind a nearby tree and kept watching Silas and Kael.
Silas’s smile didn’t fade from his lips, and seeing that, Kael also began to smile.
"By the way, it’s your birthday today, right? Then why are you out here? Don’t you like parties?"
"It’s not that I don’t like them, but there were many Alphas who wanted to come to us. But because of Dad, they didn’t dare. That’s why there was no point in staying inside,"
Silas said while hugging his knees and resting his face on them.
Kael’s whole attention was on Silas—on his eyelashes—how every time they made eye contact, Silas’s lashes would flutter shyly and he’d look down, which Kael found the most beautiful.
