"Fuck, even after the four days; it is hard!" I said as I took my first normal breath in six hours.

I had been practicing the seven aurora-wave method daily for the past four days, along with other methods. It is still difficult as it the four days ago; it could be said, it had become slightly more difficult.

My body seemed to be getting used to this self-inflicted dyspnea and stretching its limits, which forced me to go with it, till I reached the limit. 

The method is going to get harder in the coming weeks, not because of the stretching limit, but because of the changes I am going to make. As of current, I entered the pool, before I stopped breathing.

In a week and a half, I will not enter the pool till I am without breath for three hours, will try to stay till I reached my body's limit.

It will make things very difficult, but it will be the only way. I am going to get the maximum benefits and I have another week and a half to prepare mentally.

I got out of the pool and cleaned myself with energy. I like to take a shower, but I am saving time, especially today. Where I will go out for a short time; while I do want to go and did not affect things much, I want to do it, to avoid any suspicion.

I went to the kitchen and ate lunch quickly before coming back to the practice room.

I waved my hand, and the formation appeared on the ground. It is big and in various places, has bottles filled with thirty-seven essences.

I checked the formation before sitting in the center and activating it. 

About one and a half hours later, I finished and rested for ten minutes, before waving my hand and taking out the pool again and this time, it is filled with a purple-black solution. Which is covered in formation.

I cleaned myself with energy and entered the tub. A moment later, the formation activated.

This one is quite painful, but thankfully there is no restriction. So, I closed my eyes and entered my core, and begin working. 

Every day, I would go through one treatment after another. It is important for maximum effects and efficiency. These treatments are also taking more resources, than I had imagined.

By the time I finished with these treatments; I might not have much in my core. I do not care, if I received as many as benefits, I had estimated. I will not mind, even if I use every resource I have.

I worked in my core for two hours and forty-one minutes before I opened my eyes and got out of the tub and cleaned myself with energy.

I wore a new set of clothes and got out of my house. It would be great if I can return within an hour, a second more and it will begin to cut into my sleep.

It shouldn't take more; I could return within an hour. I am only going for a show and buying a few resources; they have taken me from my storage. Though, I am very much interested to know whether they will allow me to buy every resource.

From what I heard, the city took the resources and only that it didn't want, it allows one to buy back.

So, I say that I will not see at least a quarter of the resources, they have taken from me.

Soon, I reached the teleportation gate and paid the operator, before stepping inside. When I came from it, it was three minutes to two hours.

Those bastards had to take more than half of the resources and were only allowed to buy the most useless ones. I would have returned immediately, if not for the city, bringing large resources they wanted to sell.

They gave us the first opportunity to buy them before they sell them to the merchants.

There were a lot of resources I wanted and I brough them. It took time, but I do not regret it. The things I brought were quite amazing, many of them had made my core beat.

Once I returned, I begin working again.

Days passed, and soon it is eleven days since I had to begin when I noticed something interesting. A limit begins stretching; it is very tiny, but it is visible, and it surprised me.

Not because of limit opening, I had expected a tiny bit of limit to open, but it is at the end of the treatments, not this early. It made me slightly excited, because, if the limit opened sufficiently, I maybe do a few things.

Like practicing the refining method; I was only able to practice it a few times since I had leveled up into High-Primary II. As my limit got filled with the strengthening energies from the Grimms' bloodline.

I would like to have at least one more chance to practice it.

As I saw the stretching of the limit, I begin to push myself more. I started with seven auora waves; I would start practicing after I started having difficulty breathing, pushing my body to merge with more forbidden power.

Me pushing myself seemed to have helped me on the sixteenth day of starting. I had practiced the refining method, which seemed to have become more painful than I had remembered.

Days passed and I continue to push myself more and more with its limit stretched. I will fill that limit by practicing the refining method.

I am doing very things, all this treatment and practice improving me, but also making my condition very delicate. 

One wrong step and it will be over for me.

It is a good thing; I have clones. Four of them calculate everything a little thing, reducing the chances of failure to absolute zero.

A month passed, and I am still pushing. The treatments were far from over and seeing that I had pushed my stay by fifteen days.

I don't think one and a half months would be enough.
