Chapter 76 Special Eyes

His experienced mind very simply sorted the information into categories and he analyzed it in his mind.

[Li Kai] [Age: 7]

[Current Cultivation: Unawakened]

[End time cultivation in the first life Premonition: Unawakened]

[End time cultivation in the last Premonition: Evolved, Starlight Dao.]

[Death: (in the last premonition) At age 26 in the Transcendence War, killed by an aftershock of a Power Born's attack.]

Stunned and throat drying out slightly, Han Li looked at another person in his surroundings — An old aunty — and the same thing happened. All of her information about her current cultivation and the cultivation she had in his previous lives were transmitted right into his brain. His heart was beating in disbelief as he stopped looking at the people and headed straight back home.

He didn't want to show him acting strange to these people. But his heart didn't stop beating heavily and he was soon near his home. He entered using the key that Liyue gave him and the moment he entered, closed the door behind him.

"What was that?" he asked himself. Heart still pounding.

Yue Li and Liyue were eating noodles, alongside Li Yao. It was Li Yao's first time eating by herself in years and they had waited too long for Han Li. With mouths filled with noodles, they stared at the sudden thump of the door.

Han Li was looking at Yue Li with wide eyes. 𝘧𝘳ℯℯ𝓌ℯ𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋ℯ𝓁.𝘤𝘰𝓂

[Yue Li] [Age: 35]

[Current Cultivation: Third Awakening, Rainwater Dao]

[End time cultivation in the first life Premonition: Evolution Failed Defect]

[End time cultivation in the last life Premonition: Evolution Failed Defect]

[Death: (in the last premonition) At age 65 due to having reached the end of her lifespan]

Han Li's heart skipped a beat as one dot connected with the other and he came to a conclusion. 'My two previous lives in which I died were indeed more like premonitions rather than a real different timeline as I thought. And in those premonitions, my eyes didn't have any special powers. But in the real world, it's different.'

He could see people's current cultivation and their cultivation in his previous 'lives' with his eyes. He could even know how they died the last time.

He licked his lips. Clearly, this power was not there a day ago.

'Is it because I evolved? Does my eyes have any other powers that I don't know yet?'

"How interesting," he said with amused eyes. He then looked at Liyue.

She slurped the one noodle outside into her mouth and looked at him curiously. [Shan Liyue] [Age: 18]

[Current Cultivation: Third Awakening, Starlight Dao]

[End time cultivation in the first life Premonition: Third Awakening, Starlight Dao]

[End time cultivation in the last life Premonition: Evolution, Starlight Dao.]

[Death: (in the last premonition) At age 29, stabbed to death by the Raven Clan teens in a regional war.]

Han Li blinked, pleasantly surprised. To think his quite little Liyue would have reached Evolution even without his help. f(r)eeweb(n)ovel

He had never really bothered about the Starlight Clan or the situation here after he left, but a regional war erupted?

'I need to train her more harshly!' Han Li sighed in his mind. Training was the answer to all weaknesses.

"Why are you staring at me like that, Big Brother Han?" Liyue asked while licking her lips clean of the soup.

"I was wondering why you guys would eat without me." He squinted at the sneaky-eyed Yue Li. "Must have been because Mom is too much of a glutton, right?"

"No! I prepared special food for you Xiao Li! This is slander, I say slander!" Yue Li said with wide eyes as she ate. Han Li smiled at her and got seated on his own seat at the table. He looked at his mother-in-law. "Is all the pain and your overall body fine?"

"It feels a bit too light now…" Li Yao said questioningly. "But it no longer hurts, just feels weak."

The initial surprise and emotional scene of her healing had ended before he came already. She had sobbed, Liyue had sobbed, and even Yue Li had cried with them. The reason Yue Li was eating before Han Li was to get rid of the puffy feeling in her chest in the first place.

"It will feel weak for a while. You have been immobile for too long, how long has it been, six years?"

"Almost as much."

Han Li nodded as Liyue served a steamy pot of noodles for him. He took his chopsticks and looked at Li Yao with a smile. He could see she was much more refreshed than before.

Even her color was much cleaner. "You are much more pretty like this, Mother-in-law."

Li Yao squinted at him while Yue Li glared at him. "What, Mom?" "Shut up! You were healing her and you didn't even tell me you were going to heal her. I was so surprised, I almost fell."

Han Li was just beside her, so he could actually see her eyes were puffier than normal and that she had cried. He just hadn't made it obvious.

"Well, that was the surprise. I told Liyue about it, she should have told you. Blame her, not me!" Han Li said as he pointed at the innocent Liyue.

Yue Li glared at him. Han Li sighed and taking some noodles with his chopstick, fed it to her. She poutingly opened her mouth.

Before attempting Evolution, Han Li had wondered whether or not to bring them alongside him, but he didn't. They might have distracted him somehow or would become his center of attention in the middle of breaking through.

He wouldn't have been a hundred percent sure about his concentration with his mom beside him. It wasn't like they wouldn't see someone succeeding before their own Evolution after all.

After the first mouth, Yue Li didn't stop pouting and irritated, Han Li flicked her on the forehead. "Eat. Don't act so spoiled." Even though he still gave her another mouthful after saying that.
