The morning was surprisingly calm in Scarlet's mansion in Los Angeles.

Sunlight streamed through the massive glass windows of the main hall, casting reflections on the white walls adorned with modern paintings.

Ada sat reclined in a cozy armchair, reading a Japanese manga about a man who defeats enemies with a single punch.

Katharina was at the counter, sipping coffee while listening to the news and scrolling through the supernatural world's social network.

Roxanne munched on sweets in the inner garden, enjoying each bite with peaceful delight.

Viviane, meanwhile, was vacuuming the living room. It was a rare moment of privacy and quiet.

Until Vergil showed up.

He descended the stairs calmly, still fiddling with a tablet showing the monitoring data from the Fragment Paimon had revealed. He wore that familiar crooked smile — the kind that usually preceded something stupid, but delivered with such nonchalance that no one noticed until it was too late.

"Good morning," he said casually, passing behind Ada and planting a light kiss on her forehead.

"Morning," she replied absently, eyes still glued to the manga.

"Sleep well?" Katharina asked without looking up, fully focused on the supernatural news feed.

"As well as one can," he said with a grin. "Oh, and just so you know... I might have to take a quick trip to Paris later. Paimon suggested I talk to Aphrodite to try and reach Persephone."

Silence.

Long, deep, and threatening.

Roxanne was the first to open her eyes. And when she did, there was no peace in them. Only storm. A thunderclap echoed outside the house — despite the sunny skies.

"You're going to do what, dear husband?" she asked with a tone as serene as a blade sliding across someone's neck.

Vergil frowned slightly, still checking the bracelet. "Paimon got Aphrodite's address. Seems she might help us locate Persephone and maybe even King Arthur's soul. Strategic reasons. Nothing major."

"Oh... strategy," Ada said, her voice sweeter than usual — which was always a bad sign. "So you're going to meet the Goddess of Sex… for strategic reasons."

Katharina turned slowly, her hair catching fire suddenly, as if someone had just insulted her personally.

"Aphrodite? That Aphrodite?!" she asked, her eyes literally ablaze.

"Yes, but come on, calm down. It's just an informative visit, I don't plan on doing anything with a sex goddess."

Viviane approached silently, the water from the nearby fountain starting to rise and swirl behind her. She said nothing. Yet.

Roxanne stood up lightly. The wind around her body picked up, the grass trembling under her bare feet. "I knew that slutty little demon was plotting something."

"Paimon just gave me the info," Vergil said, raising his hands. "She said Aphrodite might have access to Persephone. It's a bridge to the Underworld... or Hell, or whatever — but it's not a motel!"

"Well, isn't that just lovely," Ada said with heavy sarcasm, standing up with the manga now mangled and crumpled in her hands. "The world's always ending, we've got spirits constantly trying to kill us, but sure… the problem is that my husband is just going to chat with the most promiscuous goddess in the entire Greek pantheon."

"Exactly," Katharina said, now holding a flaming sword in her hand. "Just a conversation. Sure. The Goddess of Sex won't be remotely interested in seducing my irresistible husband who breaks hearts wherever he goes. Just a little chat, right?"

Vergil started to back away—because something in their auras had changed. It wasn't just their individual power... it was the raw intensity of their emotions that sent a chill down his spine. "You're overreacting," he muttered, eyeing the women who now looked more like assassins than wives.

That's when Viviane spoke.

"You're going to meet Aphrodite..." her voice was soft, like flowing water — but it trembled. "...without even consulting me first." Her spiritual aura began to fill the room like a rising tide.

"Viviane, it's just a quick visit. It's not like I'm going to sleep with her, okay?" Vergil said with a laugh.

"You're not going anywhere," Viviane replied, eyes glowing like a true demon.

The garden froze. Literally.

The water in the fountain erupted into a dozen icy spears that shot straight at him. Vergil dodged by instinct, rolling over the table just as it shattered under a gust of wind that tore through the room like a blade.

"Oh, now you're running?!" Roxanne shouted, unleashing a miniature storm right at him. The wind hurled rugs, chairs, and books everywhere, and Vergil was slammed into the wall.

Katharina followed, her flaming sword spinning like a deadly propeller. "Trust me, this little 'chat' with Aphrodite will be the last conversation you ever have if you keep talking like that!"

Vergil summoned his own sword in a flash, parrying the flaming blade with a precise spin — only to immediately roll to the side to avoid a blood whip controlled by Ada, cracking through the air like a living serpent.

"Oh, you girls have gotten stronger — how fun," Vergil said with a grin, realizing it wasn't just emotion fueling them. They had genuinely grown more powerful over the past months. "But don't lose your minds... even if you all do look kinda hot like this. All angry and deadly."

"WE'VE LOST OUR MINDS?!" Ada screamed, summoning hundreds of blood spikes that shot toward him like bullets. "US?!"

Viviane raised her hands, and a massive serpent of spiritual water formed above her. "I'm going to drown you in your own ego, you idiot!" she shouted, hurling the spell.

The watery mass engulfed Vergil, locking him in place just as Ada's blood spikes tore through him. He roared, forcing out a demonic surge of energy to blast the restraints off and heal his wounds.

"WHAT THE HELL IS ALL THIS?! I'M JUST GOING TO ASK A QUESTION!"

"THE ONLY QUESTION IS WHO YOU PLAN TO SCREW, YOU BASTARD!" Katharina yelled, unleashing a wave of fire that exploded the entire second floor.

From above, Roxanne dove with a wind spear in hand, aiming for his chest. Vergil pivoted, narrowly dodging — but a water chain coiled around his ankle. Ada appeared behind him, using his spilled blood to bind his arms.

"Now, be our guest," she said to the others.

Viviane, Katharina, and Roxanne approached with dark, menacing expressions.

"Time to remind him what being married really means," Roxanne murmured, her eyes glowing.

"And faithful," Ada added with venomous sweetness.

"And responsible," Viviane added.

"And... without testicles," Katharina concluded with a wicked smile.

Vergil sighed, eyes half-lidded.

"You're all truly magnificent…" he muttered before unleashing a wave of demonic energy that pushed them all back and broke the blood bindings. "But this is a little too much—even for me!"

Still bleeding slightly from his shoulder, Vergil raised an eyebrow. He took a deep breath and, with a graceful motion of his hand, summoned a small floating flame orb in his palm.

"Alright, you win… but since everyone decided to turn the mansion into a battlefield over a naked goddess, I think I deserve a little fun too," he murmured with a mischievous grin.

Before any of them could react, Vergil tossed the fireball.

It wasn't large, nor explosive. It was a spell carefully designed not to cause harm. But what it did was another story.

The moment it touched the center of the room, the orb burst into a flash of light and heat, releasing a magical wave that moved like sentient warm air.

A second later, the impossible happened: all four women's outfits—armor, dresses, magical tunics, even enchanted accessories—were incinerated... or rather, gracefully evaporated. The flame seemed almost artistic, burning away only what was necessary to leave each of them in nothing but their carefully chosen lingerie.

There were two full seconds of absolute silence.

And then...

"Vergil!" Ada gasped, completely red-faced, trying to cover her chest with her arms. But the pose she'd been caught in looked straight off the cover of a gothic fashion magazine — sharp curves, with blood floating around her like a crimson halo.

Katharina spun around, her body still wrapped in residual heat. The deep red bra matched her flaming hair and pale skin perfectly. "YOU DID THAT ON PURPOSE!" she screamed, but her attack stance made her look like a reborn Greek statue — forged in fire.

Roxanne knelt on a cracked piece of floor, her hair billowing in the wind, lacey sky-blue lingerie contrasting her bright eyes. One leg raised, fingers brushing the ground like a storm goddess mid-summon. "Idiot…" she whispered, cheeks flushed.

Viviane stood tall, the water serpent behind her dissolving, spiritual light swirling around her body. The silver rune-etched bra shimmered on its own. Her skirt was completely gone, leaving only enchanted panties with glowing aquatic symbols. She stared at him, caught between killing him and drowning in shame.

Vergil crossed his arms, breathing deeply. "Ahhh… now this is the real power of unity. Four goddesses… No, four forces of nature… and all MINE."

Ada bit her lip, still trying to regain composure. "You… you're going to pay for this."

"But first…" he raised a hand, summoning a floating mirror of energy behind them. "Admire the masterpiece. I told you, you look gorgeous when you're mad — but like this? You're the apocalypse in lingerie."

He began pointing at each one:

"Ada, you… with that blood still floating around you? You look like the vampire from my darkest dreams. That contrast between your skin and the crimson? A spectacle."

"Katharina… honestly? You are the definition of a tempting hell. That red lingerie? It's burning me more than your flames ever could."

"Roxanne… you're the hurricane of my life. Literally. And that blue set? Who knew the wind could blow with such elegantly wicked charm?"

"And Viviane," he said, his voice softening as his gaze lingered on her. "You are the sea, the mystery, the magic... That aquatic glow around you… it's like you're made of spells and desire."

The four of them stood in silence. Their cheeks now flickered between rage, embarrassment, and… something dangerously close to pride. None of them had expected to be complimented with such intensity and precision. Nor had they expected him to completely disarm them… with words.

Vergil then took a step back, hands raised in surrender. "Peace, my queens… peace. I'm an idiot—yes—but an idiot utterly enchanted by you. Aphrodite may have divine beauty, but you have something far greater — my attention. My respect. And as much as you scare the hell out of me sometimes… my love."

Ada scoffed, crossing her arms — which only made the black lace stretch even tighter over her chest. "You're still sleeping on the couch for a week."

"Two days," Roxanne said, tension fading from her voice.

Katharina pointed a tiny flame at him. "If we don't do That Thing when you come back, I'll kill you!"

Viviane sighed and let the aquatic spell dissolve into mist. "You may go… but if we find out anything happened…"

"You die," all four of them said in perfect unison.
