Perfect Avatar-Chapter 246: Ragnarok: Unleashed Monsters
Chapter 246: Ragnarok: Unleashed Monsters
"Nucleus..."
Dora’s aura exploded, and a giant cyclone formed, ravaging everything in its path, growing ever larger and driving all citizens to flee.
Mercy turned towards the cyclone and rushed forward, but just then, a meteor fell on her.
"NGAHH!"
She jumped aside in time to see what was aiming at her.
Around the cyclone, five comets had fallen, each giving way to a boy with different hair colors.
Asylum.
The five Personas surrounded Shaka, and the main Dora was on Wrath’s double axe with a large sword at his back.
Wrath let a chuckle escape from his cranial face.
"Now I understand why you died so easily. "
Dora frowned, then cast his aura and Shaka did the same.
The two waves collided in a spectacle of black and white, spreading through the atmosphere, engulfing the city and changing the landscape.
Wrath’s axe burst into flames and the Personas pounced on him.
A tremendous explosion destroyed the remains of the arena, engulfing the citizens and the buildings.
In place of the arena, a crater was created, and above it, Shaka and Dora clashed, axe against sword.
Each time their blades met, the atmosphere turned black, a shockwave was sent across the ground and the earth shook.
Shaka struck a final blow, but the blade passed through Dora’s body like a hologram.
Suddenly, the air turned red, but not because of Wrath.
Above them, Omega launched a gigantic black beam, engulfing the Mad and destroying much of the city.
On the ground, Iris, Morgiana, and Lilith were surprised to see Mercy, the young girl having destroyed a huge boulder falling on them.
"M-Mercy?"
Mercy watched Dora intensely, then gave them a worried look.
"There’s no time, run away, now!"
Above, the six Dora gathered around the main one, watching as the earth shook harder.
"We’ll need time to confirm his power, so we’ll proceed as we did with Gluttony. Beta, stay on watch, the others, with me."
The five nodded, Beta disappeared into a dimensional hole while the four remaining Personas transformed into violet mist and covered the main Dora.
Mercy watched intently as Iris, about to leave, pulled her by the arm.
"We don’t have time, Mercy! This isn’t something we can handle, let’s run, now!"
A large part of the ground exploded, Wrath, who had tripled in size, appeared above Dora, brandishing his luminous axe.
The resulting impact shook the atmosphere, the shockwave reaching the ground and devastating the surrounding area.
Dora flew through the air, covered in red particles. His left arm was broken but regenerated in an instant.
He observed his hand and nodded.
"Confirmed physical user, proceed to phase 2." frёewebnoѵēl.com
He dropped his sword and clapped his hands, creating blue particles that covered him.
Mercy grunted a little, then turned to Iris.
"I need to understand his power, he’s a new Dora and we don’t know if he won’t attack us later!"
"Mercy, are you crazy?!"
The atmosphere turned black and white again, Dora and Shaka were racing across the sky at high speed.
They reached the ground, and part of the earth was destroyed, they reached the sky, and the air changed color.
At one point, Wrath gave Dora a powerful blow, sending him close to the ground, then followed him, but Dora snapped his fingers.
Blades of wind spread everywhere, striking and slicing at Wrath.
His eyes shone, and his axe was about to hit Dora but stopped in mid-air, facing the particles of the law.
Dora smiled and flicked at him, sending a blow with the same force as Wrath’s previous attack, enough to send Shaka flying.
The impact amplified, leveling part of the city in its path.
Dora took off after him, when...
"Uh?"
Shaka emerged from the ground, twice as tall as before.
"That fast? How did he..."
Hands closed on Dora but were once again stopped by the law.
The boy pointed two fingers at the Sin, now with a giant size, and a blinding light illuminated the horizon.
Iris, Lilith, Morgiana, and Mercy watched, shocked, for the first time, at the extent of Dora’s power.
The eclipse had brought the night to Earth, but Dora had just created a new day, crossing the earth, the horizon, gigantic in size, it was a miracle this attack wasn’t directed at earth.
A violent wind ensued, ravaging the city’s last standing buildings.
Dora squinted; Wrath was no longer visible, but not because he’d been vaporized.
Far on the horizon, his aura alarmed Dora.
The boy raised his eyebrows.
"...This is going to take forever."
He snapped his fingers and disappeared into a dimensional hole.
The girls stood up in what was now a ruined city. No one could be seen beneath the debris, but moans could often be heard.
On the horizon, a new flash of light announced that Dora had joined Shaka.
Mercy began to walk in their direction, but Iris’s grip increased.
"Mercy..."
She turned to her friends with a pleading look.
"In our current state, I’m the only one who can survive next to them. I can follow him. We must understand how his power works."
She looked at the sliver of light on the horizon.
"I cut him in half as he asked me to, but he’s still alive. If we don’t understand why he was so confident, then stopping the Twilight of the Gods would be pointless."
Far from the city, and covering a wider area, Dora and Shaka were destroying each other.
Shaka leaped above, swung his axe and sent Dora crashing to the ground.
The Mad reached the ground, ready to strike another blow, but a black and white beam pierced his stomach.
Gigantic black pillars emerged from the ground in the shape of snakes, entwining themselves around Wrath.
They began to shrink again and again, crushing the giant into a black ball.
Dora emerged from the ground, patting the dust off his belly.
There was a red mark where Wrath had hit.
"... Despite the law, he touched me?"
The black ball exploded, sending out a torrid heat that scorched all the surrounding vegetables.
Wrath had regained his former size, without any injury, but with a huge increase in power.
"....Ooh... Okay, I’m starting to understand."
Dora’s eyes glowed yellow, Wrath glowed red, releasing a dome of fire onto the earth.
The dome passed through Dora without doing him much damage as he healed instantly, but his only objective was what he had discovered.
"You’re a physical fighter who gets stronger with time, and regenerates indefinitely."
