"Are you being serious right now? A Mountain Trekking...as our first date??"

Standing in front of the huge mountain trail path right before them, Zenith whined aloud, making Kylian pause his steps and look at him behind. Just like he had said earlier, he had wrapped Zenith perfectly around his little finger who didn’t bother saying no when Kylian asked him for their first date.

Even though Zenith was prepared to leave right away, Kylian forcibly convinced him to dress up a bit nicely, at least by wearing a blue denim jacket over his tank top. Apart from that, Zenith was already blessed with a gorgeous face that didn’t require anything else.

The main reason was Kylian felt a little uncomfortable going on their first date while Zenith appeared like a bully gang leader, showing off his scary muscles and big body. Ultimately obeying his fierce kitten, Zenith wore a denim jacket and Kylian borrowed a grey jacket from him as well before they both set for their first date.

This is our first-ever date...so...i had supposed we were about to go on some romantic places...like I could book a whole movie theatre for you, or a yacht...or...I could even take you to my summer villa near the beach. Or...we can go to the most exquisite restaurants and you could have any meals you wish for! That should how a normal date look like..."

The reason behind him selecting the mountain trek as their first date spot was mainly when he had gone with Aiden to that abandoned building rooftop, he was mesmerized by the beautiful waterfall view surrounded by a thick green mountain with a big rainbow gleaming across the waterfall-like a curved bridge.

Upon witnessing that beautiful view, his heart missed Zenith’s presence every second, which gave him the first indication following his Mom’s words to realize how much he had started liking Zenith to the point he missed him while watching the ethereal view alone.

At that time, he had decided he would definitely take Zenith up above the mountain trail and watch the waterfall from close together, and thus it was his reason for selecting it as their date spot. He knew since Zenith wasn’t aware of the reason, he would definitely not be happy with his decision.

But his heart knew he had to take him there together, no matter if they had to make an extremely tedious journey to reach uphill.

"Wait...how did you know about the waterfall located above that mountain?"

As expected, Zenith was quick to catch the important clue within the conversation, and already seen it coming, Kylian had prepared an excuse before as he didn’t intend to disclose that he had seen the view with Aiden going to his secret comfort spot.

With his eyes glinting in bliss, he sounded even more lively than before, "Do you know how sweet it sounded like a melody in my ears? Damn...it feels as if we are a married couple already! You’re just too cute...can I kiss you now, please?"

"Wait...hold on your horse, gentleman." However, realizing that his sly technique to win over Zenith had worked swiftly, Kylian placed his palm on Zenith’s face as he leaned closer, aiming towards his lips. "I don’t have faith in your horniness...and your stamina is too extreme! We didn’t even set the journey, once we reach the viewpoint near the waterfall, I will let you kiss me, okay?"

"Fine, you can’t go back on your words later on, alright?" Instead of his lips, Zenith placed a soft kiss on his palm which was covering his mouth, making Kylian flinch with the tenderness.

With a jovial look on his face as they were about to set their journey, Zenith exhaled a heavy breath while gazing at the altitude, "But babe...I hope you’ve also heard from that Todor punk that the mountain’s covered with a deep forest, and many wild beasts live in there! Don’t you think that’s dangerous? That’s the reason, I wanted to take you somewhere proper—"

"Zenith," interrupting between his words, Kylian glanced tenderly at him as they stood next to each other, with a radiant glimmer of confidence in his ocean eyes. "Beyond the luxurious exquisite life you’ve lived until now...there also exists a world where we can just enjoy simple adventures together and feel happy. Besides, instead of danger...I find this quite romantic that we have to cross through a big deep forest!"

"You find it...romantic?"

"Of course!" Gazing at Zenith’s confused face which had a look of disbelief in his dark eyes, a warm smile curved his red soft lips when Kylian mumbled in a gentle tone, "If we get attacked by any wild beast there, I know you’d do anything to protect me...and the same goes for me too.

But before Kylian could finish his words, Zenith’s sudden loud shriek cowered him from shock, as Zenith almost leaped a few steps behind Kylian. Grabbing his broad big shoulder from behind with his shaky arms, Zenith pointed at the trail path ahead of them, "L-Look! L-Look over there!"

"What?" Glancing at the direction where Zenith was pointing, Kylian saw a big rattlesnake crossing through their mountain path, and just the sight of that snake had badly shaken Zenith from fear.

"Pfftt!"

But instead of getting nervous about the situation, when Kylian let out a small chuckle, Zenith sulked at him, "W-Why are you laughing? A-Are you mocking me, s-sweetie? T-That’s why I had told you to go on a normal date...I knew this adventurous date would be a bad idea!"
