The mountain trekking was indeed a very tedious journey, and all along the way, they encountered a few more snakes which Kylian dealt with on his own.

It took them almost mid-day to reach the waterfall, but when they were close to it, Kylian could hear the sound of water falling from the top to crash across the rocks deeper below...which got him excited like a little child when he pointed his finger towards the way from where the sound was coming from.

"Zenith, can you hear it? The waterfall...I think we are close to it now!" Out of excitement, Kylian grabbed Zenith’s hand and quickly ran in that direction, even though both of them were already worn out from the tedious journey.

However, watching Kylian getting happy like an innocent child over such a small thing, it made Zenith realize what a simple life Kylian must have lived until now, compared to him who had experienced all the luxuries in the world, yet still, he found his most beautiful solace in someone like Kylian.

And indeed just as he had assumed, after just a minute of running, both of them reached the high-rise cliff from where the magnificently beautiful waterfall surrounded by thick green forest with a huge rainbow bridge curved on top of it was prominently visible to them.

The scenery was so endearingly beautiful that it made Kylian mesmerized with the beauty, much more compared to what he had felt while watching that scenery with Aiden from the rooftop.

When he slid his glance curiously at Zenith, he found just like him, Zenith also had an enchanted gaze in his big dilated eyes, with a wide smile as he asserted, "Woah...the scenery looks dreamy...just like a painting, isn’t it?"

’That means he liked it too, right? I am glad I was successful in bringing him here.’ Pondering on his own, the radiant smile on Kylian’s face grew more vibrant along with the mild chirping sound of birds surrounding the beautiful ambiance. It was so peaceful that both of them stared still at the scenery, inhaling the fresh air from the mountains that lifted up their mood.

The cliff where they stood had metal railing as a barrier as if to prevent accidents from falling into the deep gorge where the water was falling with massive force against the big rocks. It was quite sure to assume if anyone mistakenly falls into the gorge, there would be no chance of survival.

Standing against the metal railing, while enjoying the soothing moment, Kylian leaned his face close and placed a soft kiss on Zenith’s cheek to his surprise, when he was solely focused on enjoying the scenery.

"Huh? Babe?"

"This is the kiss I had promised before. Thank you for accompanying me here...even though it must have been a little odd first date for you." Kylian tenderly smiled while explaining his heartfelt emotions, making Zenith render speechless for a moment. "But still, I wanted to enjoy the view with you together. That’s why, I had kind of forced you—"

"I am loving every moment that I spent with you here, Kyle. And I am grateful that you thought of bringing me here with you so that we could enjoy the view together."

Zenith softly held his hand placed on the railing and intertwined fingers with him, he placed a soft kiss on his knuckle before conveying his sincere emotions, "I love you, Kyle. Even if you ask me to go to the end of the world, I will happily follow you over there. And nothing would ever change what I feel for you... I promise."

~ "Aww...those eyes never lie, Kyle. Just see how he’s looking at you as if you’re the most precious person whom he wishes to cherish forever. And to ask and bring him here for your first date, of course, you love him too! So, just say it...profess your true feelings, Kyle."

Kylian could feel his heart pounding erratically fast with that beautiful confession from Zenith, his wolf Morpheus’s words gave him further courage to address what he felt towards Zenith, even if it’s a little.

Holding a flustered smile across his lips, Kylian held onto his hand tight and mumbled in a nervous voice, "Zenith...I...I too–"

"Zenith??"

Suddenly an unfamiliar masculine voice from behind startled both Zenith and Kylian, of course ruining their beautiful moment as they quickly withdrew hands from each other. Turning around, Kylian saw it was a petite-looking, charming boy of around their age with a round face, wearing a branded tracksuit with light blonde hair, and big brown curious eyes locked intensely on Zenith.

From his short height compared to them, that young boy seemed like an omega, but Kylian couldn’t trace any pheromones from him which made him assume that he was most probably a petite-looking beta. That class was also quite common in society since a few male betas who were born with delicate-looking bodies often used to groom themselves like omegas, mainly to attract Alphas’ attention.

But that boy being present there at that moment made Kylian feel an intuition that it must be bad news since he felt a little agitated with him for interrupting their romantic moment.

Also, Kylian couldn’t hide his irritation when he saw that boy glued his gaze towards Zenith, not even blinking his long lashes properly.

On the other hand, grimacing his face as if Zenith was also equally irritated like him at the unexpected disturbance, he scowled at him, "Who?"

"Pfftt!" Strangely, the pretty boy snorted at his scowl, leisurely walking closer towards Zenith while adjusting his hair bangs covering his forehead, as if he wanted to present himself in a better way before him. "I knew you had that odd habit of not recognizing faces, but how could you forget about the only guy with whom you’ve slept thrice?

"I am pretty confident with my skills, and I had certainly made you feel good, to the point you allowed me to sleep with you multiple times. Yet still, I am hurt that you don’t even remember my face, Zenith?"
