Progenitor Vampire: I Have Many Skills!-Chapter 599: Second Phase (2)
"HAHAHAHAHA, SO THIS IS THE WORLD OF VAMPIRES!"
"INTERESTING, HAHAHAHA!"
Although they seemed to have gone mad, in an instant, they shot toward the people in front of them and drove strange hooves made of two types of energy into their hearts, exploding them in an instant.
"So I only need to destroy their hearts to kill them... Very simple, VERY SIMPLE! YOU ARE VERY FRAGILE!" The Spirit of the Abyss Wind, also known as 'The Spirit of the Storms', had created claws of abyss wind, so that the moment they touched the bodies of those already infested, they would cut through them as if they were tofu. It was the danger of being infested by their powers and one of their greatest characteristics.
He was a spirit known for being frantic and crazy, who loved creating great whirlwinds in all his battles, this phase of his was very similar to Alice's and it was thanks to this that he was the first of the Seven to become an Alice spirit, granting her his power and even his existence.
But today, he was too busy and excited discovering the weaknesses of the vampires, so no wind tornado was seen in the vicinity.
On the other hand, the Spirit of the Sun had created strange, black claws that possessed all the attributes of solar rays, which were extremely hot and remarkably resistant. The moment they touched the bodies of several vampires, they were heated to the point of burning up in a few seconds, and others simply flew in charred pieces in all directions.
He essentially could not speak, as he had no mouth. Still, his thoughts were transmitted out loud, so that everyone could constantly know what he was thinking; as a result, he had to be careful with his thoughts. However, it was because of this that he ended up becoming the second of Alice's Seven Spirits, as he was careless when confronting Alice, having underestimated her and inadvertently revealed key information.
These two spirits wreaked havoc in the surrounding area, but that was just the beginning. With both of them here, the solar rays and the abyssal wind spread more quickly and effectively, reaching everybody rapidly. This created an immense territorial advantage for Alice, who could control these powers at will.
As everyone shouted to defend themselves against these two extremely dangerous spirits, Alice floated above them all and waved her hands in a loud clap.
The echoing impact stunned many people, others simply stopped and looked at her, like the two spirits.
"Will the lady move?" They wondered, staring at her.
Then, Alice raised both hands to two different sides and expanded her power in that area. The dark energy that had gathered in her body was soon concentrated in one place: both hands, thus creating two powerful weapons, extremely large and powerful, which unleashed a tremendous power of winds and solar rays.
Alice's eyes seemed to glow a jet-black and blood-red as she suddenly shot forward, towards King Richter and his loyal followers, who continued to fight against her spirits.
"Remember not to oppose Matt if you get another chance. This is just the apex of my power, of the power of one of his subordinates. Wondering how powerful he is? Hehe, we can't imagine, yet."
His figure was so fast, moving through the wind of the abyss, that he reached the other side before King Richter could even hear those words.
Then he swung those enormous scythe-like weapons created by the powers of the spiritual abyss, and they cut through the bodies with terrifying ease.
Neither King Richter nor his powerful subordinates could resist. They were all cut down like pieces of iron by specialized cutting machinery.
King Richter could not even react when all the solar rays that had been embedded in his flesh began to ignite like coals, and he could only let out a terrifying scream of agony.
"UAAAAAAAAGHHHHHHH!" This one seemed to reach to the ends of the kingdom and the world, such was its power. It struck such fear into the soldiers that many tried to scatter, but the heat was so strong that it incinerated the vast majority of them.
King Richter's agonized scream was followed by many more screams from those who tried to cling to life and attack Alice, but the spirits would not allow that, and Alice's current power completely overwhelmed them. They were on the losing side in a battle they never expected to be in.
All of them were subordinates of the most powerful King of the current era. Among the Five Kings, King Richter towered above them all. Moreover, it was the Kingdom of Richter to which they belonged. The current center of international trade and also the most important kingdom for civilians in the current era, how could it fall?
The great armies they had built were behind them, but they were all as useless as pieces of wood when faced with a living being capable of attacking them all at once. Perhaps their biggest mistake was not to attack with everything they had while she was still fighting with her swords, but in this world, there is no room for regret.
You kill or you die.
You follow destiny, or destiny will catch up with you in the worst possible way.
Finally, they understood.
But it was too late.
Alice would not waste the little time she has left in this phase on nonsense. She knows that, although she is powerful now, she will soon not be for a long time, so she must take advantage of every moment in which she has so much power.
On the other side of the fight, Charles Relish looked on with a dazed expression. He was unable to react to what he was seeing. His mind was in shock, trying to process all the information before him, and his body ached, so he was not responding correctly.
Even so, he knew one thing.
The woman he was looking at was no longer the weakest Heir of the rumors of a few years ago. She had changed so drastically that now, even if he faced her, he was not sure he could win.
This was a power different from and opposed to what the Heirs had, but it was a power capable of overcoming them.
'Is this... a perfect mutation?' he thought, after recalling Matthew's words.
Although shortly afterwards, he shook his mind with a mental scream and roared back at him.
"ATTACK NOW!"
His roar echoed across the battlefield, causing everyone to turn and look at him.
The thing is, after that roar, nothing happened.
They all looked at him as if he were stupid, but no one moved.
That made him turn to see what was happening, and the only thing he could see was that where his subordinates should have been, there was no one.
Matthew smiled, coldly.
