Everyone was startled when they heard and saw Lita crying in pain as she stumbled back while covering her eyes.

In fact, those standing near where the duel was taking place couldn't really see what happened as they had to look away because of how blinding the light was.

Only those standing a bit farther and some experts could clearly make out what really happened.

But before anybody could blink, Lily elegantly floated forward and struck Lita's chest with her palm, blasting her away by a few meters till she crashed upon the barrier Gunner had set up for the duel.

"Ergh!" Lita groaned as she crashed to the ground with blood trickling down her lips. But other than some not-so-severe internal injuries, she seemed alright.

Lily didn't want to go too far, and seeing that Lita had collapsed, she gave a slight bow in a graceful manner, "I believe this is it. Thank you for the duel," Lily said to Lita, who was still groaning in pain as she struggled to even get up.

"Lily wins the duel against Lita!" Farah announced as Reva, Yuria and Valentina smiled. They knew Lita was no match for their Lily, but they didn't expect Lily to finish it this quick.

But there were no cheers or claps as only silence descended in the area.

The people had their hands on their mouths in awe as they saw how quickly Lita got defeated without even letting her counterattack. This was just one-sided domination from the start.

Gunner and his friends were the most shocked since they knew Lita was no pushover. She actually had enough battle experience and then thought that it was probably her overconfidence that brought about her quick defeat.

But one thing that shocked everyone the most was that Lily possessed the powerful Light element. It was something very rare, and even if one was born with it, cultivating it was a whole different matter.

Only a heavenly genius could cultivate the Light element to its full potential, while others would never be able to tap into its potential if they possessed it.

And seeing how powerful Lily's Light element was, they were stunned. They never saw this coming, especially since she was from a weaker land.

They were also astonished to see her attack in such a precise and perfect manner. The experts noticed how Lily attacked Lita's chest with her palm in such a way that her ethereal core was shaken, disrupting the flow of ethereal energy inside her body. This would result in the body being unable to recover for at least a minute, giving enough time for the other to easily kill them off.

Fortunately for Lita, this was a 'friendly' duel, and Lily went easy on her.

"How fascinating…" Kena mumbled with a subtle smile as she looked at Lily.

Alex had her lips parted as she also didn't expect it to be so quick, "I once again realized how beautiful the power of Light is. Is this why you seemed to show more interest in her than the others? Because you also possess the same element?"

Kena nodded as she said with a focused gaze, "Ghouls loathe the power of the Light seed. It is the only thing that hurts them the most and threatens their existence. This is why as you know, they actively hunt down those who are born with such an element or assassinate the cultivators of the light element before they can realize its potential. I sometimes consider it a miracle that I managed to survive it all."

"Kena…" Alex's eyes flickered as she looked at Kena with a soft gaze, knowing what all Kena had to go through to reach here.

"And that is why I feel like the heavens were finally smiling on us when these four geniuses joined us. They are special…I can feel it even without Farah telling us how good they are. I just have to make sure they all, especially Lily, can reach her true potential before the ghouls try to actively hunt them down. It would only be a matter of time before they know about these four," Kena mused as she continuously tapped her fingers on her elbow.

"With you personally training Lily, I am sure she will soon be one of our greatest assets," Alex said confidently.

"Okay, okay. Everybody calm down. The next duel will be between Yuria and Milo. Go on, you two," Farah said as Yuria and Milo took center stage.

"Sweetheart, I will try my best to not injure your pretty face," Milo said with a flirty wink, making Yuria playfully smile as she said, "You have bigger things to worry about."

Milo scoffed and knew Yuria's cultivation was weaker than him considerably since he was already in the Profound Ethereal Realm while she was in a realm lower than his, even though the difference in level was only one.

The difference between Profound and Heaven Ethereal Realm was not something that could be easily compensated.

But seeing how Lita got easily done in due to her overconfidence, Milo charged toward Yuria as he gathered as much ethereal energy as he could in his fist to take her down in one move. He made sure to exude his aura as much as he could to lock her down, preventing her from escaping quickly.

Reva and Valentina shook their heads as if finding it silly, while Lily let out a sigh of pity.

"You are mine, hehe," Milo chuckled just as his fist was about to strike her stomach, but he frowned when he saw Yuria smiling back at him, wondering if she was crazy to still smile in a situation like this.

Just as he was about to think that she was smiling out of helplessness, Yuria's aura exploded suddenly,

*Boom!*

This disrupted the ethereal energy flowing through his veins, knocking him back as he fell to the ground with a grunt.

Milo felt his head spinning in disorientation but still tried to jump back to his feet, only to be shocked when he felt the earth beneath him flowing over his limbs and trapping him to the ground, preventing him from moving even an inch.

"I think it would be prudent for you to surrender now…'sweetheart'," Yuria said with a giggle as she looked down at him.
