In the early morning,

Elder Derek and the protectors are continuing their fight. It's not easy to kill the Tier-5 Black Snake beasts. The scales of the Tier-5 Snake beast are strong and powerful.

They easily block the attacks from the beast tamers and the lifeline beasts. The lifeline beasts are having a hard time destroying the defenses.

On the other hand, the instructors are able to kill many Tier-4 Snakes. But then there are a few left, which could pose a threat to the students.

So they continued with their fight.

Suddenly, one more beast slipped past the instructors and darted towards the students' camps.

Jeremy is obviously waiting patiently. Upon seeing the incoming beast, he unsheathed his sword and began to cover the sharp edge with new starlight.

His eyes are directed at the beast. His senses are heightened. He didn't even move an inch from the spot.

The Tier-4 Black Snake saw the prey blocking its path. It rushed forward at high speed with its mouth wide open.

Jeremy is using his eye ability to observe the movement of the beast. He is not taking the beast lightly. The Tier-4 Beast has intelligence. It could change direction at the last moment.

The snake beast reaches Jeremy in the blink of an eye. But upon seeing the unarmed group of human prey before it, it immediately shifted its focus.

It changed its direction at the last moment to move towards them. It was seen by Jeremy Night.

The Tier-4 Black Snake was totally enraged. It set its eyes on the enemy and bolted towards the attack.

Jeremy then unsheathed his sword before landing on the ground.

Slowly, the snake's body lay flat on the ground.

Jeremy sighed in relief. He was glad that he was able to kill the beast. If the beast had moved past him, it would have killed many students.

"Jeremy, thank you!"

The next second, he heard the words of Instructor Jacob. Hearing that, he nodded to him.

He then saw the eyes of the other instructors. They were surprised and relieved as well.

Though the bullets didn't harm the skin of the snake, they successfully distracted it. Jeremy was able to kill it in the end.

Victor Scott was even more shocked in his heart. He hadn't expected Jeremy Night to use a handgun. It was an old-era method, but Jeremy was using it to distract the beast.

And he had done it beautifully in front of everyone.

It took some time for everyone to digest the information. Jeremy Night has shocked them again.

On the other hand, the instructors have almost finished clearing out the beasts.

Not long after, Elder Derek and other protectors appeared. They have successfully killed some of the Tier-5 Corrupted Beasts while a few of them fled from the place.

By this time, the instructors had also dealt with the Tier-4 beasts. There were no more Tier-4 Corrupted Snake Beasts troubling them.

Then everyone turned towards the university students and went to them.

Ariel Burt's eyes flickered with complicated emotions. She saw how Jeremy Night took down the two beasts, as if he were a professional like them.

She doubted whether the experienced Tier-4 Beast Tamers could take down the Tier-4 Snake Beasts in a short time.
