When Thirteen opened his eyes, he found his head nestled on Sherry's soft chest.

Feeling her softness and warmth, the teenage boy decided not to get up right away. Instead, he closed his eyes and tried to recall the dream he had just now.

As if wanting to confirm his thoughts, he accessed his status page inside his mind. There, he saw the name Xylen written in bold, gold letters.

He uncontrollably wondered if everything that was happening was a mere coincidence.

Erasmus, Vincent, Hugo, and now, Xylen.

Four of his previous hosts had reincarnated in the same timeline. Once was a fluke, twice was a coincidence, and thrice was a pattern. And now, there were four, making him feel like there was something at play that he wasn't aware of.

Of course, he was very happy to see them. After all, they were all people with whom he had spent considerable time.

Even so, he found this situation truly bizarre.

Deep in thought, he failed to notice that his finger was tapping Sherry's back, just like how he would tap a table or the armrest of his chair when he was thinking.

This prompted the young lady to awaken from her sleep and look at her lover with sleepy eyes.

Without even giving it much thought, Sherry kissed Thirteen's forehead and hugged him a little tighter before closing her eyes.

"Five more minutes," Sherry said softly. "I'll wake up after five more minutes."

"Okay," Thirteen replied, as he, too, hugged the young lady, making the latter smile.

Fifteen minutes later, the two rose from the bed. Today was the day they arranged to meet up with Xylen.

Since this was a very sensitive meeting, he only brought Sherry, his Grandfather, Viola, Sharon, and Louise with him.

He wanted to bring Hugo, but there were still some secrets that the teenage boy didn't want him to know.

For now, he decided to only bring the people who knew a bit of his hidden trump cards.

Lastly, having ladies around would lower the other party's guard.

Well, Thirteen didn't really believe that. However, he trusted Vincent to a certain degree. And the notebook listed that bringing beautiful ladies to an important meeting shows a man's capability, and that it would be effective to bring a handful of them to show off.

The Xylen of the past wasn't really interested in the opposite sex.

He was only interested in bugs.

The irony of it all was that he had become the Prince of Bugs and other Venomous creatures, a dream of his that he had talked to Thirteen about back when they were still together.

"I don't know what kind of arrangements Xylen has made, but it is best if all of you will be vigilant when we arrive at the meeting place," Thirteen said.

"Make sure to not do or say anything that offends the other party. I need to gather information about the Jinns, and this meeting is the perfect opportunity to get some answers."

Everyone nodded to acknowledge his words. They only planned to observe and let Zion do all the talking.

They then traveled with their Humvees to the meeting place, which was only two kilometers away from their location.

When they arrived, a group of five was already waiting for their arrival.

"I'm sorry, did we make you wait too long?" Thirteen asked.

"No," Prince Xylen replied. "We're the ones who are late. You guys arrived here yesterday, but we only arrived here three hours ago. Well, then. Shall we all take a seat?"

The prince snapped his fingers, and the ground in front of them rose, forming a table and two chairs.

Clearly, the chairs were meant for him and Thirteen, who were the leaders of both of their factions.

"Please sit." Prince Xylen made a gesture.

"Thank you," Thirteen replied and sat down, facing the Prince of the Azrakith Court.

"Well then, let's introduce each other first," Prince Xylen said with a smile. "My full name is Xylen Vashkra Theliondré Mariseth Kaelvorran Dureyth of House Azrakith. I know that it's a mouthful, so just all me Prince Xylen."

"Zion Leventis," Thirteen replied. "Of the Leventis Family. Just call me Zion."

"Hmm… for some reason, I thought you were going to tell me I should call you with a number. Maybe I'm just imagining things?" Prince Xylen blinked. "Well, it doesn't matter. There's a question that I'm dying to ask. Mind if I start asking first?"

"Of course," Thirteen replied. "Ask away."

"Well then." Prince Xylen smiled. "Do you poop?"

A resounding slap reverberated in the surroundings, making everyone observing the talk between the two teenagers gasp in shock.

Thirteen blinked once, then twice, before looking at his raised hand that had just moved on its own to slap the Prince in front of him.

Arthur couldn't help but facepalm. His no-good-grandson had just told them they shouldn't do or say anything that might offend the other party, yet…

Here he was, doing something that would offend the other party.

Though the teenage boy looked just as shocked as everyone. He swore that his body moved on its own without even a sign of hesitation!

"How dare you raise your handzzzz on our princezzz?!" the snake-man asked. "Do you wishzzz to die?!"

The snake-man, who goes by the name Rezzkarin, was about to attack when a hand caught his arm, preventing him from moving.

"Calm down," a Demihuman Bee said calmly. "He didn't do it on purpose."

"What do you mean he didn't do it on purpose?!" Rezzkarin asked. "Are you mad, Izzakar?!"

Prince Xylen, who had been slapped, looked at Zion with a face filled with injustice.

"Why did you do that?" Prince Xylen asked. "I thought we were here to talk about things civilly and peacefully?"

"I'm sorry, my hand truly moved on its own," Thirteen replied apologetically before shifting his gaze to the snake-man, who was glaring at him with bloodshot eyes. "I know that I was in the wrong, so I apologize."

"How about I dedicate that slap to all of you. It must have been hard being Prince Xylen's retainer, right? Although I did a bad thing, think of it as a gift from me to you."

The snake-man, who was glaring at the human boy earlier, flinched.

It wasn't only he who reacted this way.

The four other retainers accompanying Prince Xylen also showed different reactions, including the Demihuman Bee, who stopped Rezzkarin from attacking the human boy.

Just like Thirteen had said, being Prince Xylen's retainer was a very frustrating job.

There were many times when they wanted to slap him silly because of his stupid questions, but since they were going to get punished for it, they kept their hands.

After hearing Thirteen's words, they no longer felt bad after Zion slapped their prince.

In fact, they even looked at him favorably as if he had righted a wrong that should have been dealt with long ago.

"Oi, aren't you guys going to get angry for my sake?" Prince Xylen noticed that his retainers were no longer clamoring to punish Zion for his transgression.

"Your Highnezz, I think it would be best if you be the bigger insect and forgive this lowly and filthy creature of his sin," Rezzkarin said in a solemn tone. "If you do this, not only will you be showing goodwill, but it also proves how merciful and magnanimous you are."

"That's right, Your Highness," Izzakar commented. "With his action, we have the moral high ground in this discussion. In the end, we have gained a great advantage. This is good for negotiation."

Prince Xylen blinked once, then twice, before smiling from ear to ear.

"Of course, I know that." Prince Xylen scoffed. "I was just testing you guys if you are half as smart as I am. Of course, I am merciful and magnanimous. Why do you think Father sent me here instead of my brothers? He knew that I was very capable, so he sent me to lead the vanguard!"

'No. He sent you here because you made a mess of the event he held in the palace prior to our departure.'

'His Majesty just wants you away from the capital because you always ruin everything.'

'The Great General swore he'd resign if you stayed in the city for another day. How could you possibly push her daughter face-first into a dung hill made by the Dung Beetles?'

The retainers all nodded their heads with a smile and praised the Prince for being a wise and capable ruler.

But deep inside, they were cursing him, and once again thanked Zion for giving him the slap that they had always wanted to give him.
