"There is no right time you rascal. She loves you, Alanis. Do the right thing." Harlow stood frozen there listening to their conversation. Her body vibrated, eyes moistening with tears.

This Alanis he... He wasn’t different. This is the monster from her past life. She has foolishly given herself to him again.

How had she been so foolish? She had let this man deceive her again. Harlow moved her hands through her hair, tears blurred her vision before dropping down her cheeks.

He lied to her, seduced her, and had his way with her again. And she let him. She had been so stupid not to see the signs. What normal person would listen to stories of her past?

She wiped her tears quickly when she heard footsteps approach. The servants bowed when they saw her and walked away. Harlow started walking away too.

She would deal with him. She’ll make him pay. When she reached their bedroom again. She picked up her cell phone and dialed a number.

"Hello, Mr Evans," Harlow called sweetly.

"I thought we are more acquainted now that you can call me by my name. The formality is unnecessary sister-in-law." He said.

"I’m sorry Evans."

"That’s alright. I see you’ve returned from your vacation. Did you have fun?" Normally Harlow would have blushed, thinking of their crazy time together. Thinking of everything they did together and how Alanis had confessed to her, professing his love over and over again. But all she felt right now was pain and betrayal.

Alanis is not the man she thinks he is. This Alanis is the same monster from her past, the one she had sworn to get revenge on.

"How is the shoot coming?" Harlow asked ignoring the first question he had asked. She had sent in the first script and they had already begun acting. But she didn’t know how far they had gone. Evan has been her eye and has even sent a few edited scenes to her.

"The first script is done. Since you wanted it quickly, it has been completed. Caius, my film editor will send all of the edited stories to you."

"The second script will be ready by the end of today. I’ll have it forwarded and they can begin shooting by next week." The room door creaked open to Alanis walking in.

He had a smile on his face as he approached her. Harlow could feel her heart jump at the sight of him, she couldn’t tell if it was fear or something else. There’s no doubt she had fallen for Alanis again, but she had to stop whatever feelings she had for him.

He is the monster that killed and neglected her and her son before. Whatever she felt for him, now felt like a joke. Everything they have shared ends today.

"Alright," Evans said wondering what was happening. Three days ago Alanis had told him they were fine and that his wife had finally confessed that she loved him. He has been their biggest supporter since the beginning.

And now, she didn’t want to talk about him?

Are they fighting?

"Say hi to Alanis." Harlow felt the bed sink in when Alanis sat on it. His hands wrapped around her waist as he pulled her close to plaster sweet kisses all over her face and neck.

"Who’s that?" He said next to her ears, nibbling her earlobe gently.

"Alright." She hung up.

"Who was that?" Alanis asked again while Harlow tried to push him away from herself. But the man beside her didn’t bulge, his jealousy already clouding his face as he stared at her.

"It’s Evans," Harlow said flatly.

"Evans? Why would he call you." He asked.

"He didn’t call, I did and we were talking about the movie." She turned to peg his lips. If she wanted to exact her revenge on him, she needed to make him believe that she loved him.

No matter how heartbroken she was, she had to act like she hadn’t just caught them.

"What about it, have you started shooting already?" Harlow shook her head. She couldn’t tell him anything about herself anymore. Alanis is not a part of her life, he’s a part of the people she’s decided to get revenge on and leave for good.

He’s a part of her past now.

"We haven’t Alanis, when we do, you’ll know." She smiled.

"Of course, I want to be there on the first shoot. After all, it’s our story."

"It’s not our story. You’re not the Alanis from the past." Harlow watched him closely. Nothing in his reaction gave away anything. This is how he has been able to deceive her all this time.

He had schooled his expression and made sure she didn’t know anything about him.

Harlow felt like a fool all over again.

Well, two can play the game perfectly. She is so good at games like this.

"Hmm, too bad I’m not him. But that doesn’t mean people won’t curse me out. No one in this lifetime knows about him Villian." He said one hand on her chin, as he leaned in to capture her lips.

"I would love to take you out by the end of the week." Alanis pulled out as he stared at her.

"Where to?" Harlow asked.

"I have something important I want to tell you, Villain. So it’ll be like a date." He kissed her again, his hands sliding inside the sheets and without warning he slid two fingers into her.

"Ah, Alanis. No not now." Harlow tried to escape but he held her still.

"I’ve missed you so much Villian. One night away drove me mad." He whispered next to her ears, his voice deeper than usual as he started moving his fingers in and out of her.

"Ah, Alanis please don’t. Not now, this is not the right time for this." Harlow moaned against his fingers, already dripping so hard. No matter how much she hated him, her body always spoke differently.

It’s almost like it had a mind of its own.

"It seems your body speaks a different language every time we’re together." Alanis mused, now hovering over her tiny frame as his fingers kept sliding in and out of her. One hand groped her breast from the fabric she wore.

In seconds, Alanis ripped her dress apart, his lips crashing down to hers as he kissed her like a starved animal. He didn’t give her breathing space. No time to think, no time to stop him. Harlow was drowning. And then, an unquenchable need arose.

"Ah, Alanis." She pushed her hips forward, her heart racing so wildly. She wanted him, her body ached to have him.

And she hated that she wanted him.

"I’m going in now Villian."

She felt him.

The slow movement of him inside of her drove her insane. Harlow bit on her lower lips, throwing her head back as she received him.

"Oh God." Harlow moaned adjusting to the size of him. She would never be used to this size, not in a million years.

Alanis started moving, a slow thrust at first, and then slowly, like the starved beast he was, he pounded her.

"Mmmfffp!. Mmm-ahh. A-aahh... Ahn... Mngh-ph! Ah Ah!" Harlow moaned endlessly against him, her hands digging into his back as she pulled him close.

"So naughty." Alanis thrust deeper.

"You like this don’t you?"

"Alanis, ah oh." Her screams got louder, their bed making creak sounds at every pull and thrust.

"No man will ever be able to satisfy you as much as I do Villian. You’re all mine." He muttered his voice deep and husky.

"Say you’re mine Villian, and I’ll give you what you want."

"I... I’m yours, Alanis. Ah!" At that, he thrust deeper into her, his hips moving faster.

Soon, her body heightened, stomach tight as she collapsed on the bed. Harlow felt the liquid fill her womb again as she panted.

At this rate, she was scared of getting pregnant.

While the family gathered in the dining room for breakfast, Alanis and Harlow were the last to arrive. He held his wife’s hands in his, a sweet smile spreading all over his face as they walked together like royalty.

Harlow kept a neutral face, her eyes darting to Charlotte who smiled at her, and Lia who also wore a smile on her face.

She knew Charlotte had recovered but she wasn’t so interested anymore. This life didn’t exist for her anymore.

"Harlow dear, come sit with me." Charlotte tapped the chair next to hers and Harlow did sit. With a bright smile on her face and turned to Charlotte.

"How are you doing now Grandma? Alanis told me you are fine now." Harlow asked staring at the older woman. She still loved Charlotte though, she couldn’t hate her. But she hated her family and, unfortunately, she’s a part of it.

"It’s nothing dear. If anything the fall is more of a blessing in disguise. I have my memory back." Harlow smiled at her words, but the older woman wasn’t blind to the sadness written all over her daughter-in-law’s face.
