PRECAP

"Did you hear about her?"

Valeria finally asked as he tucked herself on the bed and Kian was a bit taken aback by her question.

He knew that she could never come to accept Tinsley.

"No, I did not, Valeria! And I know you must be happy about that."

Kian replied, not being angry at all. He understood her reason.

"I m never happy when you are not happy, Kian. Although, I believe that you could do so much better than her."

Valeria remarked, looking at her nephew, who looked miserable.

"Do you even believe that, Valeria?? That I could do better than Tinsley??"

Kian mockingly asked. He knew that she was way out of his league.

"Yes, you could...you can. You still can. Life does not stop because someone left, Kian, it always moves forward and I believe, you should not be stuck in one phrase...move on, you have so much to live upon..."

Valeria advised and Kian just pretended to listen to her. He knew that he was stuck for life if he could never find her.

It was a disturbing idea, she knew it. Tin only wanted the procedure to not feel lonely and feel associated with someone and here she was playing with the entire situation to politically break a marriage to the point of no return.

"If you are ready...we are willing to help you as much as we could, Tinsley...after all it's your decision in the end which matters."

Madi concluded and before Lana could protest, she hung up the phone saying she would call Tin back later.

"What the hell was that??"

Lana shouted, not understanding why would she allow a still very much married woman to undergo such a procedure when she was practically and legally married to a husband that was alive and not dead yet.

"It is something she wants ok...I can't ask her to stop wanting it just because you and I do not see it as valid!"

Madi retorted back, standing up. Lana stood up too. She did not how Madi was hell-bent on destroying this marriage.

"They are not divorced, Madison...she does not know that. She thinks that it's over with him and her when it has not..."

Lana tried to put some sense in her girlfriend. She was clearly doing this to ruin this marriage altogether and she knew it...she could tell what was going inside that political head of Madison's.

"They are not together...it is what it is. She can do whatever the hell she likes!"

Madi yelled back, tying her robe around her bikini-clad body and getting inside the villa.

"She cannot...you know that too. She cannot because she is married. She is fucking married!!! And I do not understand why are you so hell-bent on ending a fucking marriage when both do not want it to end of course....??? Why Madison?? Why??"

Lana wailed, wanting to understand the reason behind her beloved's motive. She had seen her talk with divorce specialist lawyers back and forth.

And she also saw how many times, Kian had begged to know where his wife was. Sometimes, she felt like telling it to him but she could not because she was loyal to her goddamn of stubborn girlfriend.

"Because I fucking dropped the idea in his head to marry her!!"

Madison screamed the answer out. It was why she always felt guilty about how it had turned out to be...how everything had turned out to be.

When that day, the lawyers had declared that there was no hole in Josh's contract that they could break to make Tinsley free...it was her...she let it out to Kian to marry her.

Only because she knew that Tinsley loved him and she had seen them play around the field whenever Anna Maria and she visited that countryside bungalow of the Rutherford's.

It was not something he had come up with. It was what she had inserted it in his head...to marry her and thought that it would work out.

But how it ended...destroying a woman's self-esteem and confidence, feeling stuck and what not...most of all feeling unloved and being treated like shit...Madi somehow felt that she was the reason behind all of this.

Only because she had dropped the idea or else they would not have gotten married or she would have to go through that bitter heartache and lose two unborn babies in the way.

She felt responsible and since she trapped Tin in such a relationship, she was more than determined to get her out of it.

She was going to do everything in her power to make her free, out of this cruel bond that had only made her feel insecure, sad, submissive...everything that her parents and Josh made her feel.

"If I had not told him to marry her, he would never have and she would not have to leave the state where she is born, to start anew, running away from a man, who is her husband... it's all my fault...my doing, Lana and she is paying the price of it..."

A strand of tears spurted out from her eyes and Lana felt her heartstrings be pulled painfully and she strode forward, engulfing Madi in a big hug.

"You only wanted the best! It is not your fault that things turned out the way they did... it's not your fault!"

Lana soothed Madi, rubbing her back. She knew that Madi was being extra hard on herself and no wonder why she was so pressing to end this marriage.

She believed she had started it and it was her duty to end it too. But what she did not know was that she could not control everything.

It was destiny and fate that decided who was going to end up with whom. Everything was so above our hands and out of our knowledge.
