While Merlin was busy spending some time with Nina, the rest of Arad's wives were now moving from and to the university using a pathway of mirrors made by Betty's grandma. The king had one, Betty also had one, while Arad had one in his home.

Using those three mirrors, they made a simple plan. One would remain in the castle, one would remain in the university, in Betty's quarter. While the last one would be carried by Betty and delivered to any location they want to travel to.

The reason for all of this was simple, but complicated. With Isdis being Arad's wife, he'll soon be the king as she will inherit the crown. The catch is, with someone as powerful as him, not allying with his kingdom, or worse, becoming its enemy, would be a disaster. And as Isdis explained to Arad before, the marriage proposals and political moves were just starting.

The last mirror would be used to make everything go smoothly, or as smoothly as possible. Usually, the first things to worry about are military power, the living conditions of the people, and the religious struggle between the citizens, if any… but all of these things weren't a problem thanks to Arad's already powerful wives and the wide reach of his connections.

The only problem left for Isdis to solve, for all of Arad's wives to solve, is the opening world. There are many other continents, and many more people to deal with.

Isdis rubbed her aching head and sighed. She leaned back on her chair and looked at the ceiling. Roberta, who was beside her, turned toward her. "Are you okay?"

"Of course not." She pointed at one of the papers, "We've drawn the attention of the Titans as well. This one is the daughter of the storm titans, she's as tall in kilometers as we're in elvish feet." The Storm Titan princess was almost six kilometers tall, enough to kick a wyrm in the face.

"We only have space for one Titan, and that place is already taken by Alice Dagon." Roberta pulled another paper, "Remember? The guild master of the capital? The one Arad had to fight her clone to become an S-rank?"

Isdis sighed, "That's the point… I want Alice's inhumane attunement to magic and her rule over the guild… but a connection with the storm titans isn't something simple either."

"Tried making either of them the concubine of the other?" Roberta looked at her with a smile, "You know? It is not that bad, probably better than being a real wife with more work?"

"Alice is shy; she probably won't oppose… but that's unfair for her. She has done more for us, while the storm titan hasn't done anything, yet. I would've made the strom titan her concubine…." She then pulled the request letter, written in Titan's language. Roberta couldn't read it, but Isdis could.

"Wife… from what I see here, that titan won't accept being a concubine." Isdis scratched the back of her head and Roberta shook hers, "Then… tough luck for her, reject her. Didn't we already decide on the list of wives?"

"We did…" Isdis sighed, "It is just that I'm a wife, yes. But also a queen… thinking about the kingdom is just as important, and the storm titans are that powerful." She pulled the storm titan request and stamped [Rejected] on it.

It was then that the door opened and Aella walked in carrying a large stack of papers. Beside her, Zephyr was struggling with a large box, barely flying with her wings buzzing. "Got everything ready."

Aella dropped the stack of paper on a table in the corner and looked at Isdis. "All that remains are the gates and the announcement."

Those papers explained the relationship between the kingdom, hell, and the abyss. While Sara would be Arad's wife and link to hell, Lunara would be his link to the abyss. While Merida has demonic power, she decided to keep those powers a secret from the public for now.

They also decided to keep Kali's matter a secret for now since she is a full-blown goddess of destruction. They can't really say one of Arad's wives is the horrifying demon goddess of destruction, and they can't present her as her innocent kid form either.

Even with this, both hell and the abyss were tricky to deal with because demons and devils aren't meant to live with humans.

Demons believe in power and violence. They won't ask you to cut your lawn, they'll set it ablaze. In the same way, you can't expect a good human to act evil like demons or the devil in their lands, it is a tall order to ask demons and devils to do the same.

Isdis had left about a hundred demons and devils to come visit… and now she has twelve bloody murders in the street, six people were swindled, and at least five sexual harassment complaints, one very, very bad.

Putting the devils and demons aside, the elves were the real problem that she didn't expect. To the point she started to think that Aella was oddball.

While humans got excited from seeing large breasts and butts… elves had something for hands and feet. This… this had almost driven Isdis mad. A thousand indecency complaints were filed by elves and dark elves coming to visit the castle. All of them are about women wearing slippers or no gloves at all. Explains why all elvish women walk with thigh-high boots and long gloves.

When Sena walked through the door with several papers, Isdis gave her a sharp, enraged glare. Sara flinched and took a step back, "I've… I've talked to him…"

That's right, the one who's making Isdis lose her mind, the one enraging her above all, is Sara's brother, Abel. The bastard is monetizing this mess… he opened a brothel chain and called it the Interspecies trunk… and made more money than the castle's income.

"What did that idiot brother of yours say?" Isdis growled.

"He said… "The devil is in the details, the castle needs money, and people want some plowing. So why not give everyone what they want?" and he gave me this…" Sara gave Isdis a large list of all the devil's findings.

Isdis gave the papers one long, threw them aside, and banged her head on the table… "Madness… we're building a kingdom upon madness."

"I'll slowly make it so he drags the business to the black market, away from the common eye." She looked at Isdis, "So… about the cavern where Rita was, the city of criminals. Can I have it?"

"You can, but you should be connected to it publicly. You want to rule over the underworld and criminal organizations, do it. It'll help me keep them on a tight leash. But make sure no one knows you're behind it all." Isdis sighed and Sara smiled, "You don't have to worry about that. I'm a devil after all."

The moment Sara left, Matilda walked in, "About the beast lands…" She looked behind her at Astrid, "We've got a lot of things… but she'll explain better than I."

Isdis lifted an eyebrow, and Matilda cleared her throat, "Might I have a bit of your time? Privately?"

Isdis stood, glanced at Roberta, "See what Astrid has to say. I'll be back soon."

When Isdis and Matilda were alone in a private room, the tiger girl finally spoke, "Well, Mira's father was found." From behind Matilda, another woman walked out of the shadow, "She is Maharaja, our patron goddess, and she is the one who found him."
