Lilly calmed herself down and took a deep breath. After she managed to calm herself down, she went down the stairs with a big smile on her face. Soon, she was greeted by a charming man with platinum blonde hair and captivating ice-blue eyes, waiting for her.

Sean Lockwood was indeed very handsome and worthy of the title of international heartthrob, but unfortunately, what Lily saw was a murky aura around him that showed his ulterior motive towards her. Lilly tried to hold back her disgust and forced a happy smile on her face.

"Sean, you’re here!" Lily half-ran then jumped into Sean’s arms happily, "I’ve been waiting for you!"

Lily’s acting is flawless, one would say she is not inferior to a professional actress, even Lilly herself is amazed by her acting skills. Maybe after everything is over, she will reconsider becoming an actress.

"Sorry, honey. Did you wait long?" Sean returned Lily’s hug as if he missed her too. With his impeccable acting skills, it was no wonder Sean became a famous actor.

Lilly rolled her eyes inwardly before releasing her hug. "Okay, I forgive you because I’m nice~," Lily said in a cute voice that even gave herself a goosebump.

"Um honey, I heard your Grandpa is home, should I greet him? I don’t want to be rude." Sean didn’t wait for Lily’s answer before hooking his finger around hers and tugging her gently, "Come on, let’s say hi to your grandpa before he got mad at me!"

Lily knew this must have been his intention from the start, the cunning man must have thought she was so fool-in-love she didn’t realize his scheme.

Lily maintained her oblivious expression and then shouted at Eva who had been watching them from the side while pretending to play with her cell phone, " Eva told Grandpa Sean and I wanted to meet him, so remind him to make some time for me!" Lily sends a signal with her eyes to Eva.

"Ugh, fine...though this is not my job," Eva complained under her breath then she went upstairs while typing roughly on her cell phone as if she was taking out her anger on her phone, unbeknownst to Sean she was actually alert the other Noxcra agents about Sean intention.

Sean saw Eva’s rude attitude and frowned, "Why did you make someone like her to be your assistant?"

"What can I do, she’s my friend and she helped me once so I owe her and I can’t fire her just because she’s a bit rude right, besides what people gonna say about me, you know what people think about a beautiful - rich girl like me...." Lilly helplessly said.

Sean didn’t see anything wrong with Lily’s answer or expression, sean pretended to feel sorry for her, "You right, it must be hard for you" He pinched Lilly’s cheek lovingly.

Lily averted her gaze shyly, but she was actually hiding her upset look from Sean because Lily could see from the aura around Sean that he didn’t really care about her at all. Lilly scoffed inwardly at how pretentious this guy was and wondered how many poor girls he had fooled.

But the show must go on! Lily and Sean exchange affectionate glances. Both of them refused to lose, they acted as if they were competing for the best performance award.

Agent Nora, who mixed with the servants at Hamilton Manor was utterly amazed as they watched how Lily the normal citizen who never given training before was able to keep up with a professional actor like Sean.

They knew If Mr. Knoxville or Elkhandt saw this, they might think about recruiting Miss Hamilton as one of their asset because with such innate talent, it would be a shame not to use it for good.

Lily led Sean to Hugo’s study room when they arrived, before they enter Lilly knocked on the door to announce their arrival, soon after Hugo’s voice came from behind the door "Come in"

Lily opened the door followed by Sean, "Grandpa, are you busy?"

Hugo motioned for them to come in while a servant was courteously served coffee for Hugo, however, the truth is the servant was also a member of Noxcra who was there to keep an eye on Sean.

Sean and Andreas are given the important task of infiltrating the Hamilton family to dig up some important information, first to find out where Ethan Hamilton whereabout and second, to find out who the Hamilton family’s backer is because that backer might be the reason how Ethan able to recover.

They don’t believe that this is all Garrof and Lloyd’s work alone. They believe that there must be another greater force that drives Lloyd and Garrof, not to mention the connection between the disappearance of one of their members, Lydia Boyd, who is related to Garrof party members, and the last task is to infiltrate Hugo Hamilton’s circle of friends.

Overall, the Hamilton family is connected to all the major incidents that have happened lately, therefore this task is very important and the easiest way to enter the Hamilton family is to date Lilliane Hamilton and this is how it starts.

Sean glanced at the small table in the corner of the room he remembered he had bribed a servant of the Hamilton family to put a Bug under the table and not only in that place but also in several rooms in the Manor but he had not gotten any important information he also began to suspect that Hugo might know about the bugs in his manor but if he did Hugo might get suspicious on him but why he would still let Lily date him?

It’s impossible Hugo put Lily at risk because Sean knew how much Hugo loves his granddaughter then Sean had another guess, maybe Hugo left the bugs there to find out who put them there? If that so then it’s a good news because that meant his identity was still safe.

Sean was not sure if his conjecture was right or not, that’s why he came here to find out. However, pretending to be a stupid boy in love starts to annoy him, even though Lily didn’t look bad but a gullible girl like her it’s really not his taste.

If only he knew Lily had the same opinion about him. Lily also hates pretentious, narcissistic men like Sean, her taste is a cool, quiet, charismatic, and elegant man like King Lucas!

Funny enough, they don’t realize that they actually have something in common.

On the other hand, Hugo could more or less guess what Sean was thinking. Immediately, Hugo and Sean’s gazes met and they immediately smiled friendly.

"Mr. Hamilton, how do you do?" Sean extended his hand.

"Mr. Lockwood, welcome" Hugo shook his hand.

"You look healthy, Mr. Hamilton" Sean sizes him up and down.

Hugo sneer inwardly "I exercise diligently, aren’t you busy? I thought actors were busy every day" Hugo joked but in his heart, he cursed Sean who always looked for ways to come to his residence and disturb his family’s peace.

Sean also sneered in his heart, because he had not received valuable information he had to bother coming here to be entertained by this stupid woman and old man.

"I will always make time to meet Lily, after all nothing more important than her" fire burning in Sean’s eyes as he stare at Lily.

"Aww, Sean, stoopp!~" Lilly punched Sean’s arm shyly but in her heart she cursed ’Seriously, please STOP!’

Hugo sipped his coffee as Lilly and Sean averted their gazes, looking tired of their own actions. The Noxcra agent was increasingly impressed by their ability to control their expressions, it was truly a world-class acting, once again the agent reminded himself to report his founding to Fargo and the other Archknights.

"So Sean, how are you today?" Hugo started the conversation.

"I was just doing some promotion for my upcoming movie" Sean replied

"Oh, what’s the movie about?" Hugo feigned interest.

"Oh, an action-romance movie, love at first sight, hatred and passion... all of it" Sean looked at Lily with burning eyes.

Hugo glanced at the Noxcra agent beside him, his eyes saying ’Can we kill him?’

"Thank you, sir" Sean’s expression showed that he had good expectations for his own movie.

"Oh, I... I can’t wait to see it" Lilly tried to sound enthusiastic.

"Yes, you can watch it with your brother" Sean realized he had slipped his words and immediately covered his mouth "Sorry... I didn’t mean to..." he said regretfully.

Lilly was stunned, she thought ’This is it!’

Lilly immediately put on a sad expression "It’s okay... it’s not your fault"

Sean wrapped his arm around Lilly’s shoulder as to comforted her, "Don’t be sad Lily, your brother must be fine..." he then looked at Hugo "Have you heard anything yet, Mr. Hugo?"

Hugo took a deep breath, his face showing deep sadness "No, we’ve tried everything but we haven’t gotten any satisfactory news, what else should we do?"

Sean pondered for a few seconds then said: "How about you ask Argus for help?"

Lily peeks at Hugo while Hugo looks at Sean in confusion "Argus agent Luxemborough? Will they help, this is a personal matter, why would they care?"

"You’re right..." Sean scratched his jaw and then suddenly clapped his hands "What about Paladin?"

"Paladin?" Hugo flabergasted.

"Why?" Lily couldn’t hold back her surprise.

Sean shrugged indifferently. "Well because they are a humantarian organization that works to help people and as far as I know they don’t involved in politics whatsoever, so I think they will be willing to help"

"Are you sure, before we asked the saintess for help to treat my older brother they didn’t want to?" this time Lily didn’t pretend that she really hated the organization let alone the saintess.

"Well, maybe they had difficulties at that time besides there was only one saintess so it’s undertandable why they hesitant...." seeing Lily and Hugo still unsure Sean persuaded them further "... there’s no harm in trying, right?"

Hugo’s forehead wrinkled clearly as if weighing his options then he looked at Sean "I don’t know... can Paladin be better than Argus in finding missing people?"

"That might not really be the case, regardless, Paladins are not only trained as warrior, they are also taught the skills like a professional agents after all their main task is to pluck wjatever threat that could harm the organization and the Saintess before it got big" Sean explained at length to convince Hugo.

"Baby, you seem to know a lot about Paladin, what else you know?" Lily’s eyes brimmed with admiration as she look at Sean.

Sean realized he was too excited he speak more than necessary, "Hey, I just read what was on the website, it’s not important at all," he dismissed it with a laugh.

"Rrright~" Lilly playfully slap his chest and laughs.

Hugo quickly changed the subject to ease the weird atmosphere. "But... my relationship with the S.A.I.N.T. organization isn’t that good after Ethan’s incident, so I don’t know if they’ll help me?" Hugo seemed caught in a dilemma.

"Well, if you are sincere they might understand..." Sean acted nonchalantly.

"I don’t know..." Hugo’s shoulder slumped seemingly unsure of what he had to do.

Sean could understand that someone of Hugo’s caliber might be too proud to ask the S.A.I.N.T. organization a second time. especially when his plea was denied the last time and Ethan almost died because of it. Sean didn’t know how to persuade Hugo without appear to be too obvious.

Hugo massaged his forehead while mutter quietly " ...Even though we got a new lead but this is..."

Sean’s ears perk instantly, so Hugo did have new information about Ethan! Sean’s expression became tight from excitement but only for a second before he composed himself, "Um...why don’t I contact them for you, the S.A.I.N.T. organization I mean"

"You?" Hugo look at Sean in disbelieve.

His long fingers brush his platinum hair "Yes, they had contacted my manager to involved with their charity works so I knew some people in the organization"

Hugo and Lily exchanged excited glance but just for a second before Sean could caught it. Hugo’s slammed his palm on the table excitedly "Okay, if you said so!"

"Yeah, it’s for Lily anyway so of course I do everything I can" he took Lily hand and kissed the back of her hands gently.

"Baby, thank you very much you’re the Best!" Lily smile sheepishly.

Hugo raised his hands and exclaimed in joy, "Fantastic, This is great! I will wait for your good news, Sean!"

"Then, I’ll excuse myself," said Sean.

dissapointment flashed on Lily’s face. "You want to go now?" she complained.

"Sorry Lily, There’s a lot of people I need to call, you just stay here accompany your grandfather, wait for my good news," Sean’s voice was as sweet as honey and his eyes filled with indulgence.

If Hugo and Lily didn’t know any better, they might have believed Sean was truly infatuated with Lily.

Sean left the room with long strides as if he was in a hurry, as soon as the door opened Lilly leaned against the table tiredly and blew her cheeks, meanwhile Hugo took out a handkerchief from his pocket and handed it to Lily.

Without saying anything Lilly took the handkerchief and wiped the back of her hand which had been kissed by Sean after that they both looked at each other with sly smiles on their faces.
