[BL] Dear Hushand, I want divorce-Chapter 76: No one can steal him from me
Chapter 76: No one can steal him from me
Ash’s pov ;
I took a deep breath, trying to steady my nerves as I walked into Elijah’s office building. I hadn’t been here in so long, and everything felt both familiar and foreign. Daniel, Elijah’s long-time assistant, welcomed me with a warm smile.
"Welcome back, Ash," he greeted. "It’s good to see you."
"Thanks, Daniel. From now on, you don’t have to worry about Elijah," I let out with a funny smile.
Daniel chuckled and nodded. "I’ll leave him in your capable hands then."
I made my way to Elijah’s office and knocked on the door. I heard his familiar voice, muffled but clear. "Come in."
Pushing the door open, I stepped inside and closed it behind me. Elijah was seated at his desk, his attention buried in a stack of papers. "Hey, busyhead," I called out with a playful lilt in my voice.
His head shot up at my voice, his eyes widening in surprise before breaking into a smile. "Ash! What are you doing here?"
I walked over to him, my heart pounding with a mix of excitement and nerves. "I was bored at home, so I thought I’d come back as your secretary."
His smile widened, and he stood up excitedly, pulling me into a hug. "Well, I’m glad you’re here," he murmured against my hair before pulling back to look at me. "Come here."
He guided me to his chair and sat down, pulling me onto his lap. My heart raced as I settled against him, the closeness making me feel both safe and exhilarated.
As soon as I settled onto his lap comfortably, I felt the unmistakable pressure of his cock beneath me. His hands instinctively rested on my hips, and I could feel his dick slowly getting harder under me. My breath hitched as I shifted slightly, feeling it press against me even more.
He chuckled, his hands tightening on my hips as he adjusted me again. "I’m glad you’re here," he let out with a wicked face. "But sitting on my lap might be a bit distracting."
I couldn’t help but smirk. "Oh? Why’s that?"
His eyes darkened menacingly as he squeezed my thighs with a lusty expression. "Because your grinding is making my dick hard."
A thrill shot through me, and I leaned in closer, my lips brushing his ear. "Is that so, Mr. President?"
"Yes," he growled softly, his hands sliding down to cup my ass. "And you could help me with that."
I moved my ass again, feeling him throb beneath me. "What do you need, boss?" I teased, enjoying the effect I was having on him.
"You," he said simply, his voice thick with lust.
I felt a rush of heat and desire, my own arousal growing in response. Elijah’s grip tightened as I continued to rub against him, his breathing becoming more ragged. "You’re going to regret teasing me like this," he murmured, his lips brushing against my neck.
"Promises, promises," I whispered back, my fingers tangling in his hair.
His lips found mine in a wild kiss, his tongue exploring my mouth with a hunger that made me dizzy. I could feel his erection pressing harder against me, and I couldn’t help but moan into the kiss.
He pulled back slightly, his eyes blazing with fascination. "Seriously, love. What brought this on?"
"I just missed you," I admitted, feeling the intensity of his gaze. "And I wanted to be close to you."
His expression softened for a moment before the desire returned. "Well, you’re definitely close now," he said, grinding up against me.
I gasped, the sensation sending a jolt of pleasure through me. "And what do you want me to do about that?" I asked, closing my eyes in pleasure.
His eyes darkened further, a smirk playing on his lips. "Help me with this hard dick, Secretary Ash," he said, his voice low and commanding. "It’s getting harder because of you."
I felt a shiver of anticipation and leaned in to kiss him again, my hands exploring his chest. "Anything for you, Mr. President," I murmured against his lips, feeling the heat between us intensify.
I felt a rush of excitement, my mind racing with dirty thoughts about finally sucking Elijah’s dick. The anticipation of feeling him in my mouth, tasting him, and hearing him groan with pleasure consumed me. But just as I was about to act on those thoughts, the door suddenly opened, and someone entered, making both of us jump.
A girl stood there, looking surprised. "Why do you look so scared?" she asked, her eyes narrowing.
Elijah’s expression darkened with anger. "Why didn’t you knock, Vanessa?" he demanded, making her flinch. "This is not your house where you can just come and go as you please."
Oh, so she’s the so-called Vanessa.
I grabbed his shoulder to calm him down, feeling the tension in his body. Vanessa’s eyes followed my hand, and her expression hardened with embarrassment. She was wearing a tight dress that showed off her cleavage, clearly trying to make an impression.
"I’m sorry," she said, trying to sound contrite. "I didn’t mean to intrude."
"And yet, here you are," Elijah snapped.
She glanced at me, and she gave me a dirty look. "And who is this?"
I smirked inwardly, enjoying her discomfort but kept my tone light. "I’m Ash," I said, emphasising my name. "Elijah’s new secretary."
Her eyes widened slightly before she composed herself. "I came to talk about the Montserrat project," she said, trying to sound professional. "It’s important."
Elijah sighed, clearly annoyed. "We’ve already discussed that project multiple times, Vanessa. There’s nothing more to talk about right now."
She didn’t budge. "But there are new developments," she insisted, glancing at me with thinly veiled hostility. "Maybe your secretary can give us some privacy to discuss it."
I rolled my eyes, catching on to her tricks but staying outwardly polite. "Oh, you mean me? I think I’ll stay. After all, it’s part of my job to assist Elijah with all his meetings."
She slowly walked inside and her irritation was palpable. "This is a private matter," her tone was sharp and her annoying eyes never left mine.
And I think she has already picked up on what my relationship is with Elijah by the way she’s shooting daggers at me. But she’s foolish if she thinks she could win against me.
I made myself comfortable. "Funny, I thought all business matters were Elijah’s business," I said with a light laugh. "Or are you implying something else?"
Elijah chuckled softly, his hand resting possessively on my own hand. "He can stay," he said firmly. "Anything you need to discuss can be done with him present."
Vanessa’s eyes flashed with frustration, but she forced a smile. "Fine," she said through gritted teeth. "I just thought it would be easier without distractions."
"Distractions?" I repeated, raising an eyebrow.
Oh, you mean yourself. Yeah, you’re definitely distracting, but I can handle it. This bitch is getting on my nerves.
"Ash is not a distraction," Elijah made it clear to her, pretty strongly and my heart fluttered. She shot me a look of pure venom, but I just smiled back sweetly. "Let’s get to the point, Vanessa," Elijah said, his patience clearly wearing thin. "What do you want?"
She launched into a long-winded explanation of the project, but it was clear she was trying to extend the meeting as much as possible. Every now and then, she would glance at me, her eyes full of disdain. I just sat back, enjoying the show.
"Well, if that’s all," I said, cutting her off mid-sentence. "Elijah and I have other matters to attend to."
She looked like she wanted to protest. Instead, she asked with a forced casualness, "So, Elijah, are you free tonight?"
Elijah glanced at me and noticed the fury in my eyes. Understanding immediately, he shook his head. "Sorry, Vanessa, I already have plans."
Her face flushed with embarrassment, but she tried to mask it with a smile. "Oh, plans, huh? What are you up to? Got a hot date with your girlfriend?"
I couldn’t help but scoff internally, but I kept my tone light. "Actually, Elijah and I have a lot to catch up on," I said, trying to keep my voice steady despite my anger. "You know, important work stuff."
Elijah nodded, his hand resting reassuringly on my shoulder. "Yes, Ash and I have quite a bit to handle tonight."
Her eyes darted between us, suspicion growing. "Really? It seems like you two are...quite close."
I leaned forward slightly, enjoying her discomfort. "We work well together," I said with a vicious smile looking directly into her eyes ferociously. "It’s important to have a good working relationship, wouldn’t you agree?"
She forced a laugh. "Of course. But you know, sometimes it’s good to separate work from personal life."
How about I just separate your head from your body so that you couldn’t use this useless mouth of yours?
Elijah squeezed my shoulder gently. "Vanessa, if there’s nothing else, I really do need to get back to work. Ash is helping me with some important tasks."
She hesitated, clearly not wanting to leave. "Actually, there are a few more details about the Montserrat project that we need to go over."
I sighed inwardly, knowing she was just making excuses. "Why don’t you send an email with the details?" I suggested. "That way, Elijah can review them and get back to you."
Her expression hardened slightly. "I think it’s better if we discuss it in person."
She’s really shameless, isn’t she?"
Elijah’s patience was visibly wearing thin. "Vanessa, I appreciate your dedication, but Ash is right. Just send over the details, and we’ll handle it from there."
She opened her mouth to argue, but Elijah’s firm tone left no room for debate. "Fine," she said, standing up with a forced smile. "I’ll send the email."
As she walked towards the door, she turned back one last time. "Enjoy your evening," she said, her tone dripping with sarcasm.
"We will," I replied cheerfully. "Have a good night, Vanessa."
The moment she left, Elijah let out a frustrated sigh. "I’m sorry about that, Ash. She can be quite persistent."
I smiled, feeling a sense of victory. "It’s fine, Elijah. I understand."
He pulled me close, his lips brushing against mine. "Now, where were we?"
I grinned, feeling the heat between us. "Right here," I said, grinding my hips against him. "And I’m not planning to go anywhere."
Elijah smirked, his hands moving to my hips. "Good. Because I have a lot of plans for us tonight."
As he kissed me deeply, all thoughts of Vanessa disappeared, replaced by the overwhelming desire and love I felt for him.
No Vanessa or no Canessa could ever steal him from me.
