" The federation board on the continent is very smart. It looks like they deduced that after this news, awakeners about to break through to the A rank will halt their breakthroughs out of fear of being sent to the battlefield . Thus, they’ve provided these enticing rewards to rather motivate awakeners to break through to the A rank so that they will be sent to the battlefield"
