I Will Create a Good Ending for the Yandere Villainess-Chapter 137: First Layer of the Forest of Disruption? [6]
"... I want to be the one to feed you." She said in a voice devoid of any sort of shyness.
Lillian stared at her with a deadpan look before glancing to the side and finding people staring at them. She then turned back to Marionette with a tired expression and breathed a sigh.
She bit into the greasy, lean meat. She chewed the meat and found it a bit gamy—it was far better than what she had in the Catacombs, though.
She then moved her hand and grabbed the stick out of the Assassin's hand. After that, she then held the meat towards her mouth and said:
"I'll feed you as well."
Despite those looking over at her, she didn't feel even the slightest bit bothered.
Marionette glanced at the meat and then at Lillian before opening her mouth, "But I—" However, she then felt Lillian's index finger gently press against her lips.
"No buts, Marionette..." Lillian whispered before slowly hovering the meat just in front of her lips. She then said in a deep and almost seductive tone, "Now be a good girl... and eat."
Marionette widened her eyes, and so did everyone around them who overheard what she had just said.
A tint of red appeared on Marionette's cheeks, albeit faint and hard to notice. She gave a small and timid nod before biting into the meat and doing as Lillian said.
The Rabbit smiled warmly as her Assassin ate from her hand and began to slowly pat the back of her head with her free hand. "Good~ girl..."
As this happened, everyone decided to mind their own business and left them be. And with their eyes turned away from them, Lillian felt a bit different.
She paused—a blush also appearing on her cheeks at what she had called Marionette. What came over her to say such a thing!?
She pulled back the hand that rubbed Marionette's head and—as usual—had it pulled back. The red-eyed woman raised her eyes at her and said something that caused Lillian to completely freeze in place.
"I'm your... good girl... aren't I? Shouldn't I deserve these?"
"I-I... u-uh... W-wha—h-huh!?" Lillian was absolutely flabbergasted at what Marionette had said. What was this woman on about!? And was she not in the least bit embarrassed by what she had asked for?!
Her body shook. Eventually, she pulled back her hand with extreme force, escaping from Marionette's clutches and stuffing her face with the meat. "S-shut up!"

"Oh boy... She sure left ya flustered, huh, Lil?" Millis sat beside Lillian, who was seated in front of the tent set up for her with her knees against her chest and her face in her palms.
She then said in a little voice:
"... How else am I supposed to feel about what she said." She then pulled her face out of her hands and yelled, "It was so random!"
"I mean... ya was the one to call her it." Millis chuckled, causing Lillian to stiffen and push her face back into her hands.
Millis stared at her and smiled, patting her back, "Anyway, I'm glad ya guys are still as close as ever. Ya guys actually scared me a bit on tuesday."

Lillian sighed, looking at her, "I was as well, not going to lie. But yeah, things are back to normal. Even though, it didn't really last that long."
"Hey! That's a good thing. Ya don't know the amount of couples who goes through this let it go on for weeks, or even months."
"... But we aren't a couple, though..."
"Keep telling ya self that, buddy. Ya know that ain't true."
"... Hmph..." Lillian huffed and towards the campfire, which now had some logs around it, acting as benches—a nice addition Millis added.
And on the same one, Marionette and Reph sat, overlooking the fire and feeding things into it.
Everyone else had decided to go rest for the day in their tent. And currently, they were the first on watch.
While Lillian was looking around the camp and engaging with Millis, the two that were sat in front of the campfire and also had a conversation of their own.
Reph prodded a stick into a fire before trying to draw in the ground. He was still keen on trying to get it to work.
Marionette, however, was just watching as he did this with indifference. She rested her right elbow on her right thigh and placed her cheek into her right hand.
She was bored. As much as she wanted to go over to Lillian and bother her, she was going to let her calm down a bit.
SNAP...!
"..." Marionette stared at the broken stick before glancing at the Prince's face to find a subtle glint of disappointment passed through his eyes.
After giving a sigh, he chucked the stick into the fire. "Nothing ever goes as planned..." He muttered frustratedly.
It seemed he was still a bit annoyed at the fact they couldn't get past the first layer before the day ended.
"... We already apologised."
He then raised his head, turning to Marionette to find her staring at him nonchalantly.
He rolled his eyes, "You make it sound like it was an accident."
"It was."
The two locked eyes. Reph narrowed his and said:
"And I'm meant to believe that?"
"... Why are you so hung up on such a minor thing?"
"Minor?" He rubbed the gaps between his brows, "Did Lillian think it was minor? We could possibly lose this race—"
"Is there a reason you're bringing Lillian into this?" Marionette narrowed her eyes. Reph suddenly felt as though the air had dropped in temperature.
Not only that, but he had noticed the cold tone she used.
He sighed, "All I'm saying is that we could lose this race—"
"And why should that matter? We don't gain anything it except a bit of face. And from what I've seen, I don't think even some of the classes would be able to pass through the first layer of this forest." Marionette quickly responded.
Reph frowned, "Do you think Lillian would agree to what you're saying?"
"..." Marionette went silent, turning her face slightly to the side.
The Prince then sighed, "That's what I thought... Now then, I'd appreciate if you could try and not get all of us lost tomo—"
Just before he could finish his sentence, Marionette chimed in.
"I think it's my turn to ask you a question, Reph Von Lionbright." She said, slightly turning her eyes back, which seemed to glow an ominous blood red light.
"Are your Royal Guards currently looking over us?"
