"Mother, is it true, did you really do it?" Lia asked, still unable to believe her mother would do such. Why would she try to kill Frank Blackwood, they didn’t even have any relationship.

The evidence was too much that mere words from her weren’t enough to prove she was innocent. She needed her own proof too to debunk Elisa’s and she had nothing.

This is all Elisa’s plan all along. She had kept enough evidence against Garth to drag her down with herself if she hurt Claudia, and Garth had foolishly fallen right into her trap.

"This is what that witch has done to you, after everything we did for her. Claudia is the one to betray us." Lia accused wiping her tears with the back of her hands. At the same time, her phone beeped, and when she checked the message her heart skipped.

"The clock is ticking Lia. You have five more days left to give me my money, else, this would be the first video I’ll post." Lia’s body shook as she watched the video silently.
