Overall, the enemy’s battle line was at least 100 meters deep[2]. It would be very difficult to penetrate it.

Archers and mages, focus-fire the foremost enemies and bring them down one by one. I may not know where this army came from, but I know that not one of them is leaving this place alive. They think they can rescue Soul Battle Robes and Warsky Alliance with just 10,000+ Dragonlight Cavalrymen? We’ll crush them!"
Countless shields were dropped on the rocky ground. As expected, the enemy had moved its magic knights forward so as to increase the depth of their battle line. The move also meant that our Ancient Divine Skills wouldn’t be able to penetrate the enemy’s shield formation in one go.

While all this was going on, the Dragonlight Cavalry kept pushing forward and cutting down anyone who dared to stand in their way. Although the enemy’s mages and archers managed to focus fire and kill a lot of them, they were ultimately successful in reaching the enemy’s ranged party and treating them to the bane of their existence, Ultimate Strength Break.
